I have not been to a Baskin Robins in over 20 years. The ice cream was absolutely amazing. The toppings were top notch and I was sad that it was gone when I finished eating my Brownie Sunday. The missing star is because even though the Ice Cream was awesome we could not sit down. All of the furniture was put aside with signs on the counters that pretty much said you could not eat inside the establishment. That was a big let down. Things are getting back to normal. Let us sit down and enjoy our ice cream. I hope to see the dinning room set up the next time I sample this establishments board of fare.
They still don't allow you to sit down and eat!

There was an older man working here he smelled like smoke he wore no gloves to make the cones and was touching all over the top of the cone with his bare hands ??
Currently the store is not open till 10:00! Somehow they were closed and mopping the floor at 9:05. Due to my phone being almost dead I couldn't take a picture. Shame on you Baskin-Robbins ️

Says closes at 10 pm but 3 workers inside closed it at 9 pm. During the summer. All customers were directed to Nettys. Good business for Nettys.

I bought the spicy mango smoothie yesterday it was horrible, it tasted different so I barely had on sip and brought it back and showed it to the guys working there and I asked to switch it so the guy who is working there told me to put in in the garbage, once they finished making the new one he is telling me u gotta pay 5.89 for the new I got confused ??♂️ I was like no thank you so he refused to give me the new drink , the guy was sooooo rude and unprofessional, I used to go there daily but I WIlL NEVER GO back to that place
Very poor customer service. I got a sundae and had to wait to get a spoon and when I ask for one it was like I was interrupting her.not full scoops of icecream. Then she walked away not asking if I needed anything else. I paid left ,won't be going back.there's plenty of other icecream places to go to.?.those girls need to be retrained or get another job.
