I worked next door to this business when they were on Sylvania Ave. Our businesses were connected together by a door in the back bathroom. I can't tell you how many times I heard the 2 or 3 women over there screaming at each other at the top of their lungs and cussing each other out. One woman was the mother of 1 of the owners. She helped her daugher open that shop and all I ever heard was how ungrateful she was by screaming at her mother.. It was disturbing, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I don't support businesses that have no respect for their neighbors, or their own mothers.
So sad! I used to love this place but same thing has happened to me..ordered online & told they didn’t have ingredients to fulfill my order. Each time I went to get my things I was given a different time to pick it up. After asking & promised to have the order canceled, the transaction cleared my bank & obtaining a refund from them has been impossible.
COMPLETE SCAM. Placed an order online for pickup…showed up and no one is there. Called the number…no one answered. Left a message and emailed no one has called back or responded to the email…it’s been 3 DAYS. So apparently you just pay them and they keep the money and the juice.
went there during store hours and the doors were open, lights off, and no on home. very disappointing because their menu looked delicious when i wandered around alone inside.

Called nearly 12 times to ask a simple question and they did not pick up the phone once. Bad customer service.

Me and my wife with there the manger was very rude . And she had her dirty shoes on the counter .
I placed an order on May1st and I got 2 emails confirming the order and that I could pick up on the 3rd at 330pm. I wait for an hour to try to get my order and no one was there or answered my calls. When they finally called me back on the 4th to tell me I could pick it up I couldn't pick it up and I wasn't were they could bring it to me. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds even though my email said I should call for a refund. The lady on the phone finally snapped that I would get the refund and hung up on me. It is now May 21st and have not received a refund or any response from them from my multiple calls or email. I am now trying to dispute the purchase with my bank to get the money back. I would never go here again or recommend this place.
I love supporting All Juice and their delicious fresh juices. I just tried the
