Place was slow, only one server running the floor and bar. She was working hard so credit to her. Looked like management/owner was walking around on the phone, disappointed to she them let the staff sink like that. Food was decent and arrived in a timely manner. I would like to go back but if service continues to lack ill spend my money elsewhere.
All I got to say is that female name Reiann Green! Was not wearing pants she was wearing a swimsuit and your bottoms were thong!!!! With a fish net dress!! I was sitting in the bar relaxing drinking my margarita when she comes in and sits on the big high top behind me!! Now who in the heck would come to a restaurant like that. Don’t nobody want to see that sloppy stuff I’m sorry!!! But don’t come here saying 419 tacos don’t serve black people because they do you are just upset you got told to put clothes on ?????!!
I am SHOCKED by how much this place has plummeted. What was once a nice place has turned into an absolute dump. No employees. they’re out of everything whenever we come in. Bar is full of old men who are racist and gross. Food costs have gone up (which I understand) but you’re paying for your third or fourth choice because they never have anything. One lady is running the whole restaurant. I feel bad for her. She was great.
Went to eat lunch with my sister's, service was horrible, waited forever just to be offered something to drink, and even longer to eat. My older sister had to leave because it took an hour for part of our food to come out. Then the waiter couldn't get her order right when all she wanted was 3 tacos. They didn't give my other sister her corn until it was time to go after her food was gone already. The tacos was good but my nachos was full of beans with no lettuce and sour cream or salsa. Definitely will not be going back.
Paid 5.00 for what I thought would be a nice size guacamole because I have ordered before. I did a take out and when I looked at the guacamole it was very small and not worth 5.00. I tried to get a refund for the item right then and they would not give me a refund although I had not touched the food. When I took a bite of the guacamole I discovered the avocados were not ripe. Called and told them and the bartender said she didn't have time for me and hung up the phone. She then took the phone off the hook. Will not be coming back and also reporting them to the BBB.
Last fall I overheard someone talking about 419 Tacos. I decided to give them a try, and ordered the birria tacos. They were really good! I finally had a chance to go again this weekend and ordered the birria again. Sooo disappointed. It was as if the cook didn't want to be bothered with making them correctly, and just slapped them in some oil. Zero flavor. The server was super nice though.
This used to be a great restaurant, I’d go there for Taco Tuesday all the time! There has been over two to three times that I have given these guys a shot, but that’s it. I got birria today and first of all, they don’t take over the phone orders anymore, the tacos are greasier than the floors at Waffle House, the tortillas aren’t handmade anymore, and the service is slower. Not to mention that in my order I was given barbacoa not birria. Hopefully they can make some changes I wouldn’t go there anymore unless I heard they have come back to who they used to be.
Went here tonight for the 1st time Hubby got tacos- OK....And Nachos- AWESOME.. BUT... I got 419 fajitas NO TORTILLAS, SOUR CREAM, SALSA, LETTUCE, etc What it's supposed to come with. Mind you THERE WAS NO BODY BUT US AT THIS JOINT! WILL NOT GO BACK! CONDADGOS IS BETTER. Sorry I tipped so high
We waited 20 minutes to be seated though the restaurant didn't appear to be busy at 6:30. The seats and table were dripping wet from sanitizer. We ordered two tacos and a side of guacamole. After half hour of sitting and waiting for food I had to ask for our water to be brought. Our tacos were tasteless and I had to ask for silverware. We finished our tacos and still had not been brought guacamole. I asked for the check and canceled the guacamole. We left and got ice cream down the road instead. We won't return.
The birria tacos are so good and so is the queso fundido. This is the best Mexican restaurant that I have tried in toledo so far.
