Had a question about their app and placing an order in the representative at the window said she did not use their app. If I were a manager there as I am somewhere where we have an app my expectation would be that staff would know app if someone should question it. They don't necessarily have to use it but they should know how to answer questions on it
The shift manager (assuming that's what she was) tonight (5/1/22 6:30pm) either needs a break, retrained, or just let go. The rest of the team was cordial and polite and apologetic for how horrible she was acting. She was belittling her workers in front of the customers, which included even firing one (for a really dumb reason for someone who's worked in the restaurant industry). While we waited for our food another patron actually offered this young man a job, along with any of the other staff that wanted one. (he was the GM for a local restaurant himself). Things happen for a reason, the GM was waiting for his mobile order and the shift manager very rudely told him to come inside because it wasn't ready yet, this was the only reason he was inside. All I can say is she should be ashamed of herself. If she was having a bad day or needed a break she should have removed herself to cool down (it was not busy by any means). Looks very poorly on this Wendy's.
5 star experience with Mike at the register! One of the most friendly and personable Wendy's employees I've ever encountered. He is the reason I'll return - a local business supporting local employees! Manager Matt was professional. A recent change in ownership shows promise for this location. Good luck!
Thought I'd give this Wendy's a try since the one in Middleburg Hts is horrible. Well this one is no different. Went thru drive thru, worker very nice. Ordered 2 singles with everything including cheese, 2 sm chili's and 2 frosty. Get home and found the frosty's were like water. Chili was okay but very spicy. Not like it used to be. Now for the burgers. Ended up with double burgers that had very little cheese and soggy lettuce. But that's not all....both sandwiches the burgers were ice cold and cold slices of cheese. Last time for me at Wendy's. Used to be great food. Not anymore for sure.
Today was last last last time I ever go to this Wendy’s. Has to be the worst in NEO. Waited in line for 15 minutes to spend $20 on a cold sandwich. ICE COLD AND I LIVE 5 minutes from the store!! Can’t wait for this location to fold after years of poor everything.
Really bad. Son of baconator was a little sloppy and came with a lot of mustard (not in the ingredient list for the sandwich), but not anything worth writing a review over. The bourbon bacon cheeseburger however... just look. Why is it so messy? Why is it drenched in sauce? The outside of the wrapper was even sticky and gross. What the hell? The fries were old, soggy and cold too so really just an awful experience all around.
I still can't believe this Wendy's is in business. It's on me for continuing to give them a chance. This is the junior bacon cheeseburger. No cheese, hard bacon.
Got raw burgers ? took pictures and called manager rude told me never come back? WHAT my food was raw dude. I'm in food business so I'm more tolerant. Everyone hair no hats,hair fown. Don't worry won't come back you have a bad reputation anyway usually was known for stoner city.
I thought I would give them one more shot and was sorry I did. I ordered a salad that were fine in the past. This one was slimy. Had to get back in the long line, inside has been closed for a while. The rude cashier handed me my refund and insincerely said sorry. The staff is awful at this location and food is poor quality. Don’t waste your time going here.
Went here yesterday and there were only 2 cars in front of me in line. It took me 10 minutes just to order. When I finally get to the window to pay, the kid at the register had his back turned to me while texting on his phone for about 3 minutes. He finally turned around and acknowledged me, asking me what it was that I ordered. I told him, paid, and then waited literally 10 more minutes to get my food. There was a girl up at the register as well just smashing on chicken nuggets and french fries, clearly not doing any work. All the meanwhile, there were cars behind me in line pulling off because they didn't want to wait any longer. I never usually leave reviews for places, but just wanted to let it be known that the customer service here was AWFUL and my fries were cold and nasty.
