Tried this place for the first time tonight for family dinner, but never again. My toppings were literally underneath half of the slices and I thought the pizza had just shifted in the car... but I found all those toppings underneath stuck to the white cardboard/paper as if someone tried to transfer it to the box and it went upside down. Someone messed up, but clearly didn't want to remake it after the mishap and just figured we wouldn't notice. We were only able to salvage a couple slices, clearly not worth the price or the gamble, if the employees don't care... especially with plenty of other pizza options and better prices/quality in the area.
Chicken dinner is Amazing! Coleslaw is delicious! Best part is the staff! They are the ABSOLUTE, kindest, polite and helpful I have ever ordered with! I had a couple questions about the chicken dinners and they were so helpful!Highly recommend! Oh also, their salads are Huge and delicious! One salad fed my daughter and I, and was able to get a fabulous lunch out of it the next day!
On the phone the person was very thorough when taking my orders and repeating the details back to me. But I still received the wrong sauce on my wings. I was quite disappointed to realize. I asked for mild bbq and definitely got mild sauce. There’s a big difference

Very very disappointed. Everything we ordered was overbaked and over salted. We had to throw half if it away. And they are a bit pricey. They have no email to be able to send them a complaint. I wasn't going to write a review, just email them but I couldn't. It was all horrible. Won't return.
Young man actually took my order incorrectly. Should have asked him to repeat the order. Learning not to trust restaurants in these times.
Was told you guys were closed when trying to call to place a pick up order that’s not okay, but hey saved me 50 dollars I will never tip well for this place again. We called at 8:25pm on a Tuesday

Ordered 125 chicken breast for Brecksville high school football team.. Absolutely the best fried chicken I've had in years.. Everyone raved about how good it was.. Thank you Tommy's for on time delivery and great tasting chicken..
