First time here for Sunday Brunch. Server was great, very nice and attentive. Got Steak & Eggs, steak was cooked just right the way I like it. Biscuits were very buttery in taste, honestly didn't need the extra butter on the side for them. My wife had a burger with a Waffle substituted for the bread, she loved it. My cousin had 2 Bloody Mary's, one was the Classic and the other was their Habanero Bloody Mary. Had a small kick to it, but wasn't too hot. Been to The Rail a few times in the past, always great food and a great time had!
This was my first time at The Rail. I had the lunch special cheeseburger with skinny fries. My wife had a build your own burger with steak fries. My burger was tasteless as were the skinny fries which came lukewarm. I had a taste of my wife's burger which was thick, juicy, and had a flame broiled taste like that of a steak. The steak fries were also lukewarm and relatively tasteless. We had two lemonades which were good like lemonade from a soda dispenser as opposed to freshly squeezed. The waitress and hostess were fine - they did their jobs, but they were not overly welcoming. The total fare was $32 for lunch. Sorry, I can get tastier burgers and fries from Five Guys without this high a price.
Netta was an absolutely amazing server! She was on point with drink recommendations and has an awesome personality! Thank you for making Valentine's Day wonderful for my husband and I!
Great place to go on date night. Good food with friendly servers. We like to sit at the bar, but I’m giving 3 stars because they seat children at the bar. Not in the room with the bar but AT the bar. No, thank you.
Burger was absolutely delicious! Outstanding service! Great atmosphere! Wish the North Olmsted location would come back...

We just dined in and our experience was pretty disappointing. It started out when another server accidentally spilled ranch dressing all over my husband's leg and he wasn't very apologetic. Our server was not very friendly, also wrote down our order and then apparently lost it and came back and took it again. My husband and I both asked for our burgers to be medium and they were definitely medium well to well done and all of our fries were lukewarm. Overall it was just a meh experience and makes me want to not return for a while.
My lamb burger was raw… I like a pink inside but not raw. I was so discussed by the fact I ate raw meat. I only noticed it because it didn’t taste right. I cook a lot of lamb & love it so I was extremely disappointed to see my burger was nothing but raw meat. Maybe take it off the menu if you have a cook who doesn’t know how to cook it properly. It was our fist time there & I don’t think we will be back after that!
Other than the fact that their burgers are always good and delicious, I like the fact that they only use ingredients here from Ohio... Gotta support our local food, you know. Even the service was excellent too -- My waiter, Caleb, was very friendly as well to me during my visit earlier today. This Strongsville location (as well as the other locations) have pretty good top-notch service. Never disappoints!
