This is only the second Fridays I've been to, and it was a pretty good time. My wife and 4 kids and I were on the way home from Cleveland and we were all ready to eat!Overall a good experience.
Went there tonight ordered drinks and appetizer platter, drinks were gross had to send them back, boneless wings crunchy and over cooked potato skins had no potatoes hard and over cooked. This place went down hill will not be back
Wish I could leave a 3.5 rating.Food was alright. Staff was very friendly.Downsides were... More pricy than, say, Applebee's. Also, menu didn't have calories on it so I had to search up the nutritional chart on my phone and cross reference. It wasn't bad, butI wanted to pay this much for lunch I'd rather go to Longhorn.
The food only tasted like salt, especially the spinach artichoke dip. The drinks were subpar and the bartender didn't seem like he wanted to be there. They were out of a lot of ingredients, so they couldn't prepare quite a few drinks.
We stopped a week ago around 4:00. It looked closed as there were only a couple of cars. (There were people at two tables.)There was no workers in sight and we waited about ten minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen and seat us. After waiting another ten minutes and two groups being seated after us, server came out and waited on the ones that came in after us. We decided to leave and told him why. He proceeded to announce to the other tables that we were leaving because he waited on them first. Very tacky and rude.
Our barmaid was very rude and her attention to customer needs is lacking. It wasn't just for us, but we noticed she treated other customers the same way and this has been going on for a long time. When we get another bartender every thing goes well.
Been awhile since I've been there and I'm happy to say I've missed it.Shrimp and chicken and amazing broccoli and mashed potatoes.Very friendly staff was on top of taking care of all the guests.
Waitress was nice and worked hard. That is why there is two stars and not just one. Otherwise, the experience was terrible. Food was only so so. Steak dinner was only mediocre and not worth the price. The other meal was ordered without any bread, croutons, breading etcdue to allergies. This was explained when ordering. Salad was brought with bread. Ok, just didn't eat it. Wings were so so. The worse part was a man at the table next to us made fun of me and bullied me through our dinner to the point of tears . Everyone could hear this, including staff. I mentioned this to one of the staff and asked to move. I received the response of "I'm sorry, they'll be leaving soon" however, that wasn't the case. Our experience was terrible
Ordered the new Philly steak burger. First bite was great, after that it went downhill. There was supposed to be pieces of steak on the burger, all I got was fat and stringy "meat". My wife didn't want me to say anything so I scraped it off and tried to finish my burger, but could not get passed the small pile of mystery meat sitting on my plate. Fridays, you've got to do better. The only thing keeping me from sending it back was the hard work of our server. Tending bar and serving four tables is not easy.
The waitress was nice. We order the combo platter. Wings were boneless breaded and hard. The potato skins were not big not very big or had much toppings. The fried burger was not good at all, the steak dinner was not worth the price. Cheap steak. The kids meal was good. The salmon with rice was good and of course their big cobb salad is delicious.
