This is our closest Taco Bell and we haven't had many issues when my family is up for some classic Taco Bell food. This was my first time using the Taco Bell App. Our family of 7 had a large $44 order of 23 items. Although I was tempted to check every item to make sure it was correct, it was dark out, and the only flaw was that they put everything in one large paper bagIn my opinion 23 Items should have been put in a few bags. But nothing was crushed, and everything was correct, so I'm giving them 5 stars for an enjoyable meal and the App made it easy to get everyone's order correct without writing it all down. I should also add that they made the food fresh when we arrived. Great App!

The last 3 times we have gone the food has been horrible. They’ve gotten the food wrong everytime. They did breakfast burritos with no cheese or sour cream so it was literally just a wrap with dry potatoes and eggs. Then they made the crunch wrap like this. Whoever is new in the last few weeks is horrible because we never used to have issues.

I’m allergic to tomatoes. Every time I ask for no tomatoes it seems like they try to put as many as possible. All I’m trying to do is enjoy my tacos without getting extremely sick. Dissapointed

Tried the 1 week only wings. Not worth almost $7 for 5. Eat in was closed and when I went through drive thru didn't get welcome to Taco Bell. Just got yes. Makes me want to eat at home even more.

How bout we work on getting back to the fundamentals of GOOD product, service and packing ... AND NOT TAPING THE BAG OF FOOD! HOW STUPID.

I am vegan so asked for a taco- no cheese, sour cream and meat. The first time I took a bite and ate meat, cheese, sour cream and meat ?…. Anyways, I went back in and they remade it… with cheese and sour cream ?… I had two tacos in the order so they essentially made the wrong order four times.. I just gave up at that point and wasted money lol. They did look understaffed though to be fair

If you want to wait all day for your food then this is the place to go. Absolutely the worst customer service so far. I stood at the counter and was totally ignored by the staff. Go to Condado Tacos in Strongsville or Muchos Buenos in Brunswick. Both are excellent and believe it or not, the prices aren't much higher. Just sayin...

Food taste was what you would expect from Taco Bell. Portion sizes seemed a little larger than the typical Taco Bell. I am not sure why late night they just can't seem to get their speed of their drive through faster than 4 minutes a car. We had 7 cars in front of us when we entered the line. That's 28 minutes to get our fast food. I understand most places are short staffed, but this has always been a problem with Taco Bells. If your listening Taco Bell, please try to fix this on going customer concern and no the app doesn't make the wait time any shorter. If anything else it makes my food colder.

Prices went up. Can't believe it's almost $6 for 4 bean burritos?! Food was good. Line moved quick.
