We went into this location last night. The floors were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days. After ordering we sat down to eat and noticed that the high chairs were covered with food caked on them. I couldn’t put my daughter in it because of how dirty it was. The booth was sticky and all the tables were rotated the incorrect way for sitting. Everything had a layer of dust abs dirt in it. If my kids weren’t so insistent on eating there I would have left. I felt disgusted the entire time and didn’t want to eat my sub. If the dining area looked like this I’m wondering how well kept and to code the rest of the restaurant is. I’m sure there are multiple health codes that are being violated. Side note - The pop machine had multiple selections with nothing in them. - if the workers have time to be on their phone, which there were when we arrived, than they have time to clean the filth in the store front.
Great customer service from the two guys who were working on 2/15/22 around 6p.m. They had me laughing and smiling after a very exhausting day. The guy in the suspenders took care of me and he made my sub exactly how I like it. It's hard to find great customer service like that nowadays. They definitely deserve a raise!
If I could give zero stars I would. Slowest subway I have ever been in. Probably because 2 people in the back and only 1 making subs. 25 minutes for 2 subs

Place seemed to be a bit understaffed for a weekend, but the food was good. I have seen some negative reviews here, but my wife and I had a positive experience. Both employees were courteous to us. No issues.
I am in AWE at how ridiculous this is. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR ORDER. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. THIS IS THE RESTAURANTS FAULT -NOT- THE DELIVERY SERVICE.We ordered two sandwiches with, you know, meat. We paid extra to add bacon to the sandwiches. What we got was beyond wrong.There was NO MEAT on either sandwich, just the bacon. The got one of the breads wrong. They gave us a tiny dollop of ranch. Receipt for reference to prove the order was put through correctly, and the workers just felt like skipping the meat cuz it’s funny?The delivery service was ontop of things and let us know that the oven wasn’t working. We were bummed but understand some things are out of the restaurants power. However this is absurd.We called the manager and got an apathetic apology (and even asked to provide screenshots and receipt as if we were lying?? So here’s your proof) but is offering to give us free subs TOMORROW as it was too close to closing time by the time we got our subs. While that is appreciated, this whole situation could have been avoided and it ruined our night.Edit: we called at 9:01pm once we got our food and found out they close at 10pm and she told us to not come in tonight as if they just closed…so that pisses me off more.
