you guys never fail. i order starbucks from here everyday before work and every single time my drink is just amazing. everytime i swear idk what u guys put in here but y’all deserve a raise for real. thank u

I’ve had multiple problems with this store in the past. But today was my turning point. I work in the mall so when I need something to eat I will go here. I just wanted a white hot chocolate. I did mobile order and I ended up getting a burnt regular hot chocolate. I’m so upset. And I cannot even go back because I have a whole store to run.

Apparently this location wasn't open when I arrived & soon found out they closed at 3pm inside of the mall & I overheard some random person said it's because of the lack of employees.

They have mobile ordering!

Never tried it.

The workers are very nice and it's very refreshing when they do the little things that make your day better. The only reason why this is not a 5 star is because during busy hours they will rarely run the second register and the line will grow until you have to wait 20+ minutes. That can be a plus sometimes though, if your work sends you on a starbucks run.

When I was ordering my Frappuccino, I accidentally requested a “medium.” In response to this, one of the workers took my behind Thai Kitchen and shot me in both of the kneecaps. For the rest of the day, they used my blood as sweet and sour sauce.

Rude employees

I've gotten so I don't go as often as I used, I love their lattes. The store closest to me keeps opening and closing and I'm not going to drive 10 miles for a latte. Don't know why they don't have people interviewed and trained them. The associates were friendly and I got to know then. I go to Avon or N. Olmsted but only if I have things to do there.
