Corp employee #1- lets give a highend product at a highend price, but completely stiff them on serviceCorp emploee #2-How so? What do you mean?#1-For example people coming through a drive through want convenience and expediency.. We'll give them their bagel and cream cheese, but we won't put the cream cheese on the bagle. We'll give them a knife & a little tub of cream cheese and make them do the work!#2-LOL, and screw them if they want napkins ?
This location is always clean.
I thought I was being pranked when they handed me my drink. Half of my drink was whip cream, so much that it was oozing out of the top a few inches as it was leaking from all around.
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to.Slow service inside and out, waited 20minutes inside for a latte and have waited 30minutes in drive thru. You will be better off going to the Starbucks inside the Mall across the street or to the Dunkin Donuts down the street. The inside is always loud and busy.Service is rude and slow.Drinks are wrong. You’re better off going somewhere else.
Disgusting Beware!! The drive-through check window has a fan that blows on you, it smells so disgusting and I felt sick for two hours after. This is the drive-through across the street from Southpark Mall. Someone need to call an inspector because that smell isn’t normal at all and I felt sick!! I will never ever go back, they are poisoning people with that fan!!
the absolute nicest employees i’ve ever met every single time i come in- i never leave reviews but they deserve it
The service was fast!
Business was good, but barrister needs to stop calling customers hun and sweety.
there's no point, nobody even cares!
The experience was lousy and poorly run. First, the employee grabbed the cup pinching the top contaminating the drinking surface. Then we went to the "cream bar" which was filthy and had empty shopping carts blocking it. Then went back to have the cup topped off (was only 3/4 full) only to find that they ran out of coffee and would have to wait another 7-8 minutes. We left never to buy from them again. (This was the Strongsville Target location)
