I felt like the chicken in the chicken scaloppine was very tough , not tender , overall flavor was great and pasta was excellent, bread was nice and fresh .
I would like to say that our Macaroni Grill is highly under utilized. I had such a great experience.Our waitresses was nice and laid back, she didn't hover but also was attentive to our wants.Our food was fabulous. (If you follow me, you know I am super honest about my reviews and super picky about food.) I got the chicken parm and was not disappointed. The portions were perfect, the breading crunchy, the meat tender, and the cheese was melted just right. Their sauce was light and fresh tasting. (Not light as in skimmpy.)I can tell that great care was taken by the chefs to make my food. Which is hard find at places where line cooks are over worked till they go numb and stop caring.The atmosphere there was peaceful to almost romantic. I felt comfortable and not rushed.They offer wine and dessert as well.In my opinion this place a hidden gem for Italian food. Definitely better than Olive Garden.If they used pre packed foods it was very hard tell.Kudos Chefs! You're doing it right.Please stop by and give them a try.
Food and service was great. Our waitress was amazing and very attentive. We will be back very soon to get the lobster bisque and the chicken Marsala.
Our restaurant experiences of late have been nothing to compliment UNTIL we went to Macaroni Grill-Strongsville. We were so pleasantly surprised by the service, food presentation, taste and ambiance. We plan on many repeat visits. We highly recommend!
Service was OK at best, food bland, bread eaten before food arrived and not offered to refill with meal, if you want a salad w/your meal, pay extra. Was told women's lavatory in abominable conditions where the ladies at our table had to wait to use only working stall and had to use their own hand sanitizer. Make you wonder where staff used to wash hands, but we were almost done with dinner. Yes, after that we passed on any desserts.
