Good for a morning start
my girlfriend and i live out of state now and don’t have a pulp near us so when we come into town we try to stop by. usually it’s great, but today when we came in, the lady at the front taking our order (ticket says Destiny) didn’t acknowledge us because she was too busy on her phone. literally had her phone in front of her and was typing on snapchat lol then when we tried to order, she was only half paying attention and continued typing away every chance she got. if our order had been correct i wouldn’t have cared as much but she didn’t ask my girlfriend what wrap she wanted and ended up with a wrap she didn’t want. she also asked for no tomato and got tomato. it’s not the fault of anyone except for Destiny because if she had been paying attention to us the girls making the food would’ve known the correct order. so frustrating and annoying. the smoothies were good though
Stopped up at Pulp for a mid-day pick me up this weekend! Usually a go to for us! While our smoothies were wonderful the gentlemen taking the order was really off, maybe he was having a bad day? Communication was odd, I had asked a question about a particular smoothie and was ignored completely, so I made another selection without being acknowledged. When my partner ordered he ignored him too at first, eventually he said he was busy (maybe he was filing a report for produce) just trying to understand. Anyway normally the girls are upbeat, kind, welcoming and helpful. Wasn't what we received today which is upsetting when you spend $15 on two smoothies.
Earlier today I bought a smoothie and when I got in my car a maggot fell off the bottom of the cup and on to my leg when I drove away. Needless to say, I was disgusted, but given the condition of the Strongsville location I am not surprised in hindsight. Filth and dirty dishes/blenders stacked everywhere with flies buzzing. Had I not already ordered and waited 20 minutes to receive the drink, I may not have noticed all this. Once I saw the maggot it was clear as to why. Sorry, but I won’t be returning. I feel awful for the one employee who was stuck in there by herself. She looked miserable and was doing her best to keep up.
I come here for Beet juice..... Tried a sandwich/wrap and wasnt disappointed. Employees tend to be very happy and energetic after visiting a couple different locations
Classic chain establishment but very well priced, great service. The smoothies are killer and they have some food selections which are very yummy. Nice healthy place to frequent, I recommend the Gauva Burner after a good workout session or even for a boost is the Mango Bomb.
I’ve always hyped up this specific pulp in Strongsville, until today where I have encountered an extremely rude employee. Before driving in I called to place my order where she hung up on my face after I asked a question about a drink on the menu. I moved past it and still tried to order again over the phone this time giving an exact order. Came in and was really busy so I knew that’s why she must’ve hung up ( still wrong of her ) got my drinks and went to my car when we noticed we were missing kale and there was pineapple - which she specifically said she didn’t want. Went back in to let them know and was yelled at and got my drink snatched out of my hand. Went back to ask for her name to later complain when she rudely said no. She also was trying to threaten me by saying she was going to call her manger when I was in the right the entire time. Came in calm and collected before she yelled saying my drink was right. I’ve never encountered rude service like this before everyone is usually nice.
The smoothie wasn't great. I should of gotten a refund after seeing the girl touch everything even her phone while making wraps. Like change your gloves. And stop sitting your phone(which I'm pretty sure wasnt sanitized)next to the food being prepared.
i literally saw a roach on the floor as i was walking in. if there store isnt clean how could there drinks be. most revolting thing I have ever seen.hopefully they don’t delete this so future people can actually know what there store is like
Smoothies are amazing and so is the staff.
