I stopped at Panera tonight on my way home from a long drive with my husband, two year old and two dogs. I was hoping to just pop in the drive thru but it was closed.I ran into the store and ordered our food. The assistant manager then came out and told me they were completely out of deli meat and they didn't have chocolate chip muffins, all of which I ordered for my toddler. I explained to him that it was a shame. And he snapped at me and said "well, I don't know what to tell you we are under staffed."I was a appalled an assistant manager would speak to a customer like this. I will purposely avoid this Panera at all costs. Oh and they forgot my child's drink as well.
Clean, self serve ordering which is very easy. Pastries are very good, bit the coffee is too weak
Food quality is always great but presentation can be messy at times. I have ordered sandwiches on multiple occasions and they seemed to be thrown together and messy. Customer service is great just wish food prep was more consistent.
Ordered the fuji apple salad and almost cut myself on some hard sharp plastic piece at the bottom of the bowl. I don't think I can eat here anymore. That can really hurt someone.
Food came quick and was very good. Staff wasn’t super friendly, but nothing to drive me away.
This Panera is very clean and the staff working there are very polite and professional!
Ordered from this Panera 3 times within a 6 month period. They left things out of my order all 3 times and the food that we did recieve was lack luster and not worth what we paid for it. What happened to this place? Years ago the prices were fair for the quality and amount of food that you received and the service was always good. Very disappointed and will not be back.
Visited for takeout, the dining room was closed to customers. I had to use the drive thru window, which was a little difficult since I wasn't sure what they had left, since it was late in the afternoon. Unfortunately the drive thru only listed their sandwiches and soups, which I wasn't interested in. They did have the chocolate croissant was fresh and delicious.
Great service, quiet place. The food to go was made very very fast and efficiently. Really appreciated!
I’ve been coming to this Panera for a while now (since it opened here). My experiences have been very positive, but the most positive experience was when Stacy (manager) contacted me on FB about the wallet that I lost there. It was lost in between seats, so who knows how many days or weeks it would be there undiscovered. However, Stacy was taking care of the dining area and because of her thorough cleaning of the area she was able to spot it! Thank you for making my life more enjoyable and easier! ❤️
