They were out of several things or did not have ready several things. Had to settle for salad. Informed the employee that I didn't need the bread or chips she snapped at me and said it came with it anyhow. I just didn't want to get something I'd have to throw away because I couldn't eat itm Then it took more than 15 minutes to get a small Cesear salad and it had the croutons I asked her not to put on the salad.
I came in during lunch time. I could tell they were short staffed. The lady at the counter was stressed but helpful. I could tell she was trying o do 2-3 people’s job. And they only had one person making food. By food was also cold (grilled cheese) and when I asked them to reheat it (assuming back in the toaster oven) he ponder to the microwave and said to do it myself. I work in fast food so I completely understand stress from being short staff etc but accommodating customers should be a top priority.
E was bad today only 2 employee to take care customer so every other people was able to order food there was a 25 minute waiting
Service was rude/pushy, didn't know order was up, even though had pager.shake one spot, food somewhere else.
I ordered a bagel with mobile order and headed to The restaurant after I got the notification that my order was ready. My order was not in the mobile order area when I arrived. I saw that they were passing out mobile orders over the counter where they put a regular orders so I decided to stand in patiently wait. After 20 minutes of standing there with nobody acknowledging my existence which only happens when I order at this Panera location, anyone at any other restaurant would have noticed me standing there and asked meWhat order I was waiting for. I noticed that there are only two girls in line at the register so I decided to stand in line to ask the cashier who was wearing a manager badge if someone possibly picked up my order by mistake. He took the first girls order and then walked away from the register and started fumbling with stuff over by the kitchen. I waited four more minutes and then turned around and walked out of the restaurant. I waited 25 minutes in a near empty restaurant just to not receive the only thing I ordered which was a simple bagel. Food quality varies greatly depending on the day you go. And extremely slow service Despite how busy it is or how many workers they have. The mall location is literally the worst Panera to go to I would not recommend it
Fast service but horribly maintained dining area, and almost all panera made drinks qere missing. Filthy tables ans chairs.Order your food and eat somewhere else.
