Really good food selection, a lot of options. One of the things I really like is how the place is set up with a lot of little cubby holes to sit in, you don't feel like you're sitting on top of everyone and you have your privacy. Great beer selection. Pretty good prices as well.

This was my first time dining in. I went with my family, party of 7. Our waiter, Robert was very friendly and attentive. He got everything correct and brought the kids meals out first... excellent! I ordered crab cake dinner with fries and asparagus. I give the meal 6 out of 10. It really tasted like a pound of salt was dumped on the plate, the crab cakes were a bit dry, the fries were lukewarm, the asparagus delicious. The warm rolls that were brought out were amazing. All in all, we enjoyed our time spent there. Definitely get the Oreo cheesecake... delicious. I'd go back again, but I'd order a different meal.

We had a great experience here. Susan was a great server and our food was correct and hot when it came out. We'll definitely be back. The dine in experience was much better than our previous takeout experiences from here. It's never been bad but the food is so much better fresh from the kitchen.
This review is based on the past year of experiences. When ordering curbside or delivery, they forget something about 80% of the time. One time it was a side dish, the next a dessert, and another time the sauce for the salmon I ordered. It's good food for the price, but it seems the crew just isnt being held accountable as these events happen over and over. Please double check orders when doing curbside and delivery, not just when people choose to dine-in. Thank you.
Went to your restaurant yesterday had a crab and shrimp dinner it was over cooked and my baked potato was under cooked. My husband and brother in law ordered all you can eat catfish which was great but far from all you can or want to eat , we had to order over and over to get more fish and we both left hungry. Needless to say we were not happy. We have all been there before but will not be going back anymore. Thank you from three unhappy seniors , I also think think you should remove the all you can eat catfish from your menu.
First time visiting O'Charley's in a few years. Had a great experience the first time so was looking forward to a return visit. Must say it did not disappoint. Our server was extremely attentive and stopped by often enough to check on us without being overbearing.We got the pickle chips as an appetizer. They had a catfish style breading on them that had a great flavor. The dipping sauce was good but a little too salty for our tastes.I got the California chicken salad and my wife got the steak and chicken tenders meal.I was very happy with the salad. Had balsamic vinaigrette as the dressing and it paired very well with the salad. Complimented the strawberry, orange slices, pecans, and blue cheese.The steak was cooked exactly as requested and had a good if not overall neutral flavor profile. The chicken tenders were very surprising and we both agreed they were some of the best we had had in a long while.Overall, would highly recommend the restaurant and look forward to visiting again and trying some more dishes on the menu.
Rude disrespectful servers and Manager. First, undercooked steak. Second, way over salted broccoli. Third, grisly steak. Forth, bland mac n cheese. No thanks! Sent the whole meal back, not interested in anything this place calls food. Fifth, slow service. Sixth, server didn't say she's coming back for payment. Seventh, server says manager will be right up as she's dealing with other unruly customers. Eighth, manager calls me 'honey' while I'm complaining about One through Seven. She's got a problem. Horrible dining experience. We won't be back.
Had a good dinner. Robert the waiter was absolutely on point and was awesome. All the food came out pretty quick, even with them being short on staff. I had the Louisiana and when it came out, it was Blue Rare at best. Ordered it med rare. Robert took it back immediately and made it right.I will for sure be back. If this is how they operate when they're short staffed, jow would they do fully staffed. Great job O'Charleys
