Messed up my order and got mad at me saying I said the same order I always order wrong no you heard it wrong
I’m not sure If this Is all mr hero’s but look how tiny this 7 inch sandwich Is and I paid $8 for this?!?! I won’t be back to this Mr hero again!
The workers are always soo friendly and they always take care of me, they are the hero to my heart ❤️ and they always give me fresh food it’s delicious ?
I am always very impressed with their service and food products. I come every Friday to get their tuna sub sandwich which is delicious. It is absolutely fresh with no fishy odor and seasoned perfectly. I also get the fried mushooms that are tasty and explode in your mouth. I highly recommend this eatery because everything I get from there is very good and fresh tasting.
Love the store. Love the people and the food. Best sandwiches ever. Dont go to Charleys come here instead, they'll hook you up man.
Sam's a nice guy. Chicken philly is good, bur change the menu and make it like charleys. Nice and organized. What's up with this disorganized menu ? Make an Express menu.

Food not good, service not good, and have known quite a few people to get food poisoning from this location.
My wife and I ate there for the first time today. Her Tuna sandwich was VERY light, not nearly as heavy as the ones at Elyria locations. She figured they were putting less Tuna on to save/make more money. My experience was just as bad. The meat on my hot-buttered cheesesteak was borderline freezer burned. We don't recommend it, we won't be eating there ever again.
