If I could do 0 stars I would! I heard really good things about this place and was very disappointed. We spent $30.00 here and it was the same quality as a frozen $5.00 pizza! There was no sauce, it was over cooked, just dry dry dry! We couldn’t even finish the pizza. I had to throw out more then half of it. We won’t be ordering from here again.
The food was awesome especially the Alfredo Mac & Cheese ? pizza ?- it’s the Creamiest!
The worst pizza we have ever gotten. Crust premade??? Costco pizza is better. No lie. Yuck
Never order a pizza from here you will be better with a frozen pizza for 5.00 dough is raw it’s horrible and no taste and has no flavor it stinks a medium pizza for 20.00 not worth it. Here is the replacement they sent burnt and not what I ordered.
We received the wrong pizza about 4 weeks ago. I was told that they would take care of me on my next order….half off. I called to order an was told that it was not written down so they would not honor the offer. Been getting pizzas from Master for more than 20 years - Probably longer than the person who shut me down has been alive! We buy pizza twice a week…moving on to a new place. As they say in my neighborhood, go F yourselves!
Their food is awesome and so is their staff!! They even have a great deal loyalty program where you get a free pie after you spend 100 bucks! Bonus!!
We just moved here a couple months ago and have ordered from this location a few times now. The white pizza and parmesan bites are fantastic, and the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend this place!
What a joke. After waiting over 90 minutes for our order and calling to check on it, they told me that our order was delivered, only to find out the delivery driver brought it back because he was too lazy to call us to verify the address he had trouble finding. Nothing in our call log or voicemail. It was tough to even get an apology from the girl on the phone, but she did offer to send out an order that had sitting in the restaurant for over 30+ minutes. I had to ask myself to see if they would be kind enough to remake the order, which after having to check, they said they would, but we would have to wait another 45+ minutes for delivery. No thanks. Maybe coach and train your staff on customer follow up if there’s a question about an order versus having them just be careless.
