First time there, even though it was packed! They were extremely well organized and got us in right away...the food was amazing! They perfectly cooked my steak medium and even the sides were just as delicious! Our waitress was very hard working and pls do remember to tip them well because with anywhere you go, there is still limited staff and all of them busted their butts to make sure we were well taken care of.
Was pleasantly suprised at the quality of food at this chain steak house. My steak was plentiful and done to perfection. The salad with the house white balsamic dressing was very good!. My husband went off the beaten path and ordered salmon. He said it was done very well with no fishy taste. Would have given 5 stars but, even though menu prices are very reasonable, drink prices are not.
My brother and I took my mom and grandma out for mother's day dinner. I sadly don't remember my servers name. Although she was amazing! She was very friendly and helped us with our orders and gave use suggestions with our extra meal to-go cause my step dad didn't come with us. The service here was amazing even with them being very busy. Our steaks came out perfect, we had zero complaints. We will definitely be coming back here soon!
Was very busy. Steaks were good. Server was very friendly and eager to make dinning experience enjoyable. Spacing was too close between guests. Server was masked. Unfortunately not all guests were masked prior to sitting at their table or before dinning.
A group of 7. Dinner was delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Our server was Cait and she was so attentive and she did a great job. A+
Shannon is a great bartender. My friend and I had a really nice meal and time. My chicken was a little overcooked however that's okay, it's better than under cooked.
I was there last night with my mom. What a great experience, actually every time is a great experience. I love our server. We usually get her. I know she’s a twin! Lol. She’s courteous, friendly and always on top of it! We love her. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. The food was incredible. Fresh, hot and our steaks were cooked to perfection! We love coming here and thank you for always a great experience and a wonderful meal every time!
I just have to say how much we love ordering curbside from Strongsville Longhorn. We get takeout probably twice a month from here since the very beginning of the pandemic. I can't remember one time that they made a mistake. Our order has always been right, which is a huge accomplishment these days. And not only is it correct, it's absolutely delicious. We've gotten burgers and steaks that have been cooked perfectly. Portions are great. We've rarely ever had to wait past our promised time. And everything is still warm when we get home. The servers that bring the food out are always friendly. I honestly can't say enough good things. We get takeout probably 6 times a month from various restaurants and I think Longhorn has been our favorite. The other restaurants just don't do what they do. Thank you for your consistency for these past 2 years!
Stopped in at this location last year for my birthday dinner. Service was really good and the staff was on top of things. The atmosphere was light and positive among the patrons while I was there and the food was really exceptional. Also one of the major Cleveland sports teams was playing one of their games when we were in so it was really good. My advice to anyone- stop in to this location and give it a shot.
only thing warm about it was probably the butter. They do not use any seasoning on the steak just tasted bland not even grilled just pan seared and that is what I was not expecting. The salad was okay from what I could salvage out of the bad lettuce. So with all that being said I would never go back.
