I ordered 8 pc Meal on Monday March 28 2022 At 5:00pm I Don't mind they prices being raised I understand that but at least give us some quality for that the sides where fine the chicken tasted horrible I take the skin off my chicken my husband doesn't he said as soon as he put the chicken to his mouth he said it had a bad smell not to eat.I as I was taking a chewy dry bite.We tried calling store No Answer tried 4 times we had to order a pizza.i would like a refund for the chicken.I have it still in case they wanted it back to see what the problem was. I did the survey and they offered me a voucher for more chicken .no I am not ordering chicken from there anymore it's a shame they don't answer their phone call this could of been avoided.
Very disappointed with the strongsville kfc online system!!! We order a large order that we paid for with credit card. 20 mins away from kfc we get home and we don’t have our other bucket of chicken that we paid for !!!!!!! Very angry consumer! And they weren’t even busy there was nobody in line dead as can be, so they shouldn’t have messed up the order!!!
Never again will I spend another dime on there horrible food several times I've stopped got 8 piece meal and you can tell there food was from the day before biscuit were down right disgusting Mac and cheese was a day or 2 old chicken well let's just say was worse I've ever eaten you can say this is not true but I've been going too KFC my whole life and can tell difference between left over food and fresh do self favor stop going here until they get it together the main reason they stopped selling green beans cause they were caught dumping old green beans into newer batch they do same with closaw Mc cheese and other products biscuit too you can fool self not public later KFC never again
Chicken sandwich started off tender but have progressively become dry
The last 3 times I have gone to this KFC my order was wrong and when I try to call them the phone rings and rings then goes busy. My fault for not checking the bag before I leave I guess
This KFC has given me the best experience of any one I’ve ever been to. The chicken always comes out hot and fresh unlike some other locations. They keep the restrooms and lobby area clean, even though they only accept mobile order + walk in pickups at the moment.
The food tastes like it sat under a heating lamp for 4 hours. Service was good, food was terrible.
Had a chicken sandwich which was mostly breading girl was rude and didn't want to give me a senior discount
Only thing is they got rid of the $20 fill up, now it's just $23.49 for the same thing
My family and I decided to try the KFC near our new house. This was by far the worst KFC I (or my family) have ever had. The chicken was stale and dry. I knew going in that the mashed potatoes are powdered, but at least from other locations there was some butter or something to make them edible, unlike these. Literally the only things worth eating were the biscuits and gravy.
