Has been my go to quick sandwich place for a while, great staff at this location!
This is the 5th time I've ordered a sandwich from this location in the last several months. I am not sure how hard it is to follow directions, because there are not many. The app is pretty straight forward. It seems no matter how basic I make the order something is wrong. This is the 5th time in 5 attempts something is not completed that was asked for. I ask to have my sandwich cut in half. NOPE. I ask for Mayo and Mustard packets. NOPE. Other times it's been, "please take the bread out". NOPE. "Please add napkins", NOPE. Doesn't seem like a big deal, and I try not to make it one, but COME ON. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read the directions a customer sends. Sad part is when I call I get answers like, "what would you like me to do"? Really? How about making sure the customer's order goes out completed and CORRECT. That's a good start for nearly $13.00. Sometimes I feel they don't care. I don't care if they're "Freaky Fast". I'd rather them be "Freaky Slow" and get the order correct...just even once in a while. Gonna have to think long and hard before I order from this location again. Disappointed.

The worst experienceS I have ever had to deal with straight terrible timing forgetting food. Terrible.
Odered 3 sandwiches, chips and drinks at 11:45am. We got our food at 1:40pm!!!!!! Called the manager and he was very argumentative. We will not be ordering there anymore!!! Thanks for the great service especially when we order there ALL THE TIME!!!!!

After waiting 5 minutes at the drive-thru, they were out of 4-5 different sandwiches. Then they handed me my large Dr.Pepper. When i asked why there was no ice in it, he told me they didn't have any ice. The soda was also flat.
Very disappointed this time. 2 slices of turkey on an 8" sandwich is ridiculous. Plus you pay extra for cheese. I had been disappointed in the past so I didn't go there for a while. Then I tried it a couple weeks ago and was happy with the sandwich, so I went back. Big mistake?
They make a decent sandwich. If they really wanted to kick it up a notch, much like the original creators of the Subway sandwich would have in Groton, CT, they would offer sweet red roasted peppers...
Bread is always hard. They must have learning issues because they can’t seem to get my sandwich right. Tanisha has major attitude. Used to be a good manager Alex but he’s gone now. Lot of attitude and sass in that place.
