Clean restaurant. Decent prices. Wide variety of different sandwiches they can be either hot or cold. Got a Philly Steak Sub and was impressed with how good it was. Personally, I would have added some salt to the Steak sandwich but that’s my preference.
This was my first visit to this location. I was very happy discovering it because it’s much closer to my house than the normal location I frequent. The staff was very friendly but they are in need of some better training. I ordered my usual sandwich (regular size) they made it and I was off. I get home hungry and ready to eat, take my first bite and got a mouth full of bread and lettuce. Thinking that was odd I open my sandwich removed the toppings and my $8+ sandwich had one paper thin slice of pepperoni and one paper thin slice of salami on each side of the sandwich. I didn’t even know pepperoni and salami could be sliced that thin lmao.They basically gave me a lettuce and pickle sandwich. Yum!Crazy and unfortunate.

This is a great Jersey Mike's, but ordering online is a joke. I ordered at 5:08. Earliest pickup 5:22. It's 5:33 and my food is not ready. ZERO people in the store and ZERO orders being worked on when we got here. I would have had my food by now if I didn't waste my time ordering "ahead." Again, love the staff but get it together corporate
Just had lunch here. My wife and I enjoyed very much. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Also, so busy they can't use food safety items?! You can do better than this. Zero stars isn't an option so one will suffice for this (strongsville Ohio) store.
We love this location, employees are always super friendly and helpful. I'm vegan and sometimes crave a classic sub sandwich, the veggie sub made Mike's way with jalapenos and banana peppers always does the trick.
Sandwich game was weak, staff was rude and unfriendly. They made mine and my guest sandwiches wrong.. claimed when we asked for certain veggies off and on sandwich. I wouldn’t eat here again.
Love , Love, Loooove this place, every time I decide to be adventurous and try something new I always end up loving it. Food is made super fresh.Super convenient to order on the app. Friendly team. And the cookies are freaking amazing. My usual is the original italian, soooooo good! But I recently switched it up to the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak, on white, w/ ranch dressing!
