Food was delish! Jalapeno fry sauce is the best with onion rings.
tried when first opened and it was great. ever since its gone downhill. I complained after I had 2 issues in a row. I never heard anything and a week later got an email from corporate asking how the store handled my issue. I said I never was contacted. never was. I decided after a few months to try again and I'm done. I ordered a burger and said all I want is bacon, cheese, and pickles. also got 2 grilled cheese kids meals which I've gotten before. had to go back because my burger had mustard. also they never informed me that they didn't have white bread and made the grilled cheese on rye with seeds that my kids wouldn't eat. they remade my burger and said they don't normally refund money that that was the first and last. had they told me to begin with that they were out of white bread I would have gotten my kids lunch elsewhere.
Finally got to try Freddy’s today and we were not disappointed. Burgers and fries were delicious and our order was served quickly. All of the employees were wonderful as well. Super friendly, attentive, and helpful.
First time having lunch here it was great , staff was very friendly. Burger, fries we will be back.
Had a horrible experience was told someone would contact me over a month ago no one still has. Definitely taking my business elsewhere
Was dirty and food was burnt and place was just dirty
$8.89 for a less than mediocre burger, medium fries and soda. The fries were good and had a tasty spice but did not overflow the cardboard box like at burger king or mcdonalds. The soda would have been the highlight of this meal but was filled about 1” short of the top of the cup. I dont get my soda with ice so maybe that’s freddies way of making up for missing ice(aka water). The burger was pounded thin, was dry, and the single patty might have weighed 2 to 3 oz. See picture attached.Either find some 50% off coupons or go elsewhere. Not at all impressed and the price was the nail in their coffin. The link provided in their response to my visit went to a 404 error, “page not found”I just want a refund.
My husband and I wanted to give this new business a shot but they definitely have the opening blues. With only 5 cars in front of me, my almost 6 month old daughter ate half a 4oz pouch of food and drank a 4oz bottle in the car by the time we got our food!We were so disappointed as after waiting to order we found out that the frozen custard machine was out of service and no frozen custard was able to be sold!!!!!!!Sorry, I understand things happen but a business that has in their logo “Freddy’s Frozen Custard” should always make sure they can serve their frozen custard! Have a back up machine ect.My husband really liked their seasoned shoe string fries. Burgers were good too! Just not worth the wait and not knowing if they will have custard that day. Also two combo meals $22 , Yikes!!!This location will need to step it up as they have stiff competition. Culver’s is right down the road! They need something to set themselves apart.I would hate to see this business fail as all what took to get this place running.
Freddy’s is new in town so decided to give it a try. Two doubles, one fry, and two sundaes were $26. That’s pretty pricey but not a deal breaker if it’s good. The burgers were see thru thin and cooked to a crisp. I understand Freddy thinks these are caramelized but, as seen in my photo, these were so stiff they stood up on their own. Not a fan of the shoestring fries and found the seasoning overpowering and too salty. I threw the burger and fries away. The sundae was just ok, nothing special. At this price point, Culver’s is vastly better. I have to think that line of cars were also curious first timers, I can’t imagine going back.
The food was very good and so is the frozen custard! We'll definitely be back! Prices are on pare with Five Guys...not McDonald's. Don't expect to pay fast food prices. Their food...IMO...is better than fast food.
