Great customer service from the staff everytime that I visit. Enjoy all the different sandwiches that they have to offer
Service was terrible. Rude guy threaten and I was trying to explain I thought he was under charging. But after that I said forget. The river location is the bomb. Greet you and husband and wife are great. Never going there again.

Love firehouse subs. Today unfortunately I got through my sandwich and look down and there dark colored lettuce. I picked it up to look and it stunk and was definitely bad. I’m not one to leave a bad review especially if I didn’t bother contacting the store. I did contact the store and was treated completely disrespectfully and basically calling me a liar. I’m like I’m just calling because if that batch of lettuce is contaminated then I need to let you know so you don’t get anyone else sick. Totally ridiculous. Accidents happen but to not listen to your customers is just trash. Already feeling stomach cramps.
I am only giving it 3 stars because no one answers when I attempt to call ahead to the Strongsville, OH location. Otherwise, this would be a 4 because they always forget the pickle too. I prefer to order ahead to spend less time in the store and for the sake of the order being ready more quickly. The girls working the store were notified that I attempted to call multiple times and they did not say a word. Luckily, I have always had great food here and the staff has always been friendly and helpful aside from this experience and my pickle experience.
Super fresh subs! Bread, meats and fixings always fresh and made correct the 1st time. Staff at this location always pleasant-never had any issues with attitudes here! Place is always clean! Very clean. ADA compliant, bathrooms included (also very clean). Masks are not required to wear when entering, most employees were wearing them this past Saturday we ate there. Hand sanitizer next to the Coke Freestyle machine (soda dispenser) to cut down on germs (nice!). If your definitely in need of a sub in your life check this place out!

Firehouse never disappoints me. The Club on a Sub is delicious as always. Thank you for a great meal. I need to find one closer to home, 90 minute ride to cure the craving for one of the mouth watering subs.
Turkey bacon ranch sub is addicting. Meatball sub was pretty good as well.
