Day two.. wanted to give them another chance to redeem but had epic failure... both days ordered coffee. Large with cream and sugar no fancy latte or cold coffee just a good ol cup of joe. Day 1. Barely any cream or sugar, sooooo hot it made McDonald's coffee seem like a cold coffee... ordered a glazed donut it was for sure not fresh... day two. Ordered same coffee. This time no sugar at all and still so hot, maybe I'll have it for lunch. Ordered a sandwich with hashbrown. They initially forgot the hashbrowns. When told lady pulls out a bag containing I'm not joking 4 pieces of burnt I mean burnt potatoes.. at that point I walked out threw them in garbage.(want to say this, i was the only customer in the lobby, on both days)....I will not be going back will go spend my money elsewhere...
Disappointing experience again. Every time I go after 730PM, they will not make anything other than hot coffee and iced coffee. All the lattes and frappes or any specialty drinks can’t be made because “machines are shut off”. If they are open till 9 why can’t they make all the drinks till then? They also have messed up my order multiple times. Frustrated with this location. Will not return. Better service and availability of drinks at the location in downtown strongsville.
As always a coffee and food is fantastic service was a little lacking today I wish the person that the window would have been a little more happier other than that everything was good
The frozen chocolate is very good!
I just went through the drive-through but the attendant said they did not know what a white mocha was and they did not have it even though it is on the menu I had just asked them to add some peppermint but apparently she wasn’t able to do that. Very rude! I’m headed to Starbucks we are customer service means something ???
The early part of the days this location causes serious traffic issues. They need to close off the one entrance, to force the line not to extend out on royalton rd.
Drive-thru staff was very friendly and helpful to me as a veteran on veterans day, thank you! Free donut was delicious!
This location hours are until 9pm. Came in at 7:30, asked and confirmed that they are open until 9pm. At 8pm was asked to leave because they close at 8pm. Had same amount staff as always at this location. Seemed like someone just wanted to get the place cleaned earlier and leave as soon as they officially close. Disappointing experience.
Good place to get breakfast before work
The drive thru line is absolutely horrendous on the weekends. Open your cafe on the weekends to alleviate the line that overflows on the road which is unsafe for customers.
