Never been to this location before. Just ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on plain bagel with an OJ. I pulled a hair out of my mouth after a couple bites. I have black/brown hair, so it's not mine. Gross. If I didnt have an appointment to get to, I would have gone back. Employees that handle food should wear a net to prevent this from happening.
It was early on a snow day. But service was quiet. And I miss the Dunkin of old, where you smelled the donuts cooking, and the donuts just tasted awesome. Not sure if it was an off day. But the donuts tasted a day or two old, and the glaze and/or frosting just had that waxy feeling? Just felt off.
Strongsville location on Royalton past Metropark has a great staff friendly really nice place.
Waited in line this morning just to be told theyre out of donuts for the day .idk why or how cause their known for their donuts…. inventory issues I’m guessing but oh well Thank god for donut land to save the work brunch .

Awesome dunkin location. I've had coffee from there and it was great. The Kenzi that commented below is a disgruntled worker who I know for a fact quit just because she didn't want to wear a hat to keep her hair out of the food. She is also disrespectful to people older than her or any authority for that matter. This dunkin is great and her accusations are all lies made up because she didn't get her way.
Really fast service, my coffee always tastes the same every time. Very nice customer service friendly and nice.
Probably the most disgusting place I’ve ever worked at, people touching donuts with their hands, mold coming out of the water hose, literally giving people old coffee and I can keep going… never eat here if you care about your health?

Always a great experience. I order through the app and pickup, if inside or via drive thru, is always fast and easy. The staff is really friendly.
