After waiting for 25 min at drive thru because dining room closes at 5, my toddlers ice cream had hair, my blizzard pretty much tasted like vanilla ice cream and when we got home my daughter there her meal away because the chicken was undercooked. If you want to raise your prices at least keep a good quality . Last time visiting this location
DQ dairy Queen it's okay place to eat but you got to make sure that you tell him they're really cook your meat till it's brown otherwise you're going to get it half cooked also you can't each inside yet because they're dining room is still closed... The dining room was open a month or two back evidently they closed it back down because of covid-19 I guess...
I used to love the cheeseburgers at strongsville DQ. But in the last few months-they have just got to be worse and worse. They are so bad now that I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. I purchased 4 single stack burgers (not sure why they are called this since it is only one patty-thus it is in no way a stack burger-using the word single in front is just ridiculous-but whatever) at 2.99 each. So for 11.96, we got the grossest looking burgers I (and worst tasting) ever did see. They were so incredibly dry, very very pale light brown, and even had little ball looking like things in them. They also included a way oversized bun that was also super dry; which did not help the already dry burger. We could only manage to eat a couple of bites from 2 of the burgers before just tossing the other ones directly into the garbage. They were so bad I wouldnt even give them to my dogs. We then went to McDonalds and paid $ 4 for 4 burgers. Never thought the day would come that Mcdonalds burgers would be way better and way cheaper. I reached out to let dairy queen know how terrible these were, and they were like...well sorry about that, and then they offered me some coupons to replace the burgers. Hell no! I told them these were so terrible, I would never purchase them again from there. So now I guess I am just out that money, I could see if perhaps we ate of them, but we didn't and I would have gladly brought them back up to them since they were the worst things I ever purchased from a fast food place.
This location is just as good as any when dealing with the ice cream side of things. The prepared food/grill part of store is mostly fast. I have had a few instances where a portion of my order was not in my bag , or the order was wrong in some degree. I find that multiple locations have been guilty of that though.

Have been to this DQ Grill and Chill location many times and have been very pleased with the great food and customer service. And the last time I was here- I had a DQ Blizzard that was made to perfection and it was really awesome! If they still do this on their menu- I recommend getting the chicken and waffles if you stop in. Customer service is good here and so is the food.
I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my niece who wanted her astrological sign. I uploaded a picture, not sure how it would come out. The cake was really cute once completed. I was pleasantly surprised and so happy I ordered. Thank you so much!

Delicious…the ice cream was so good… thick and creamy with the perfect amount t of candy. The pumpkin blizzard was so delicious with just the right amount of whip cream. I thought it would be smushed with a lid on it, but nope they put a dome lid on and it looked great. Got what I paid for.. I will definitely be back.
