Our delivery was surprisingly early and I was caught off gard. I accidentally dropped my pizza completely my fault. Paid guy and everything was perfect taste but tossed to my fault. We were not even done eating and the same driver was back in the drive with a replacement pizza. I was shocked. No need for this because It was totally my fault.. I'm blown away in today's lack luster service no one wants to work and every one needs 12.plus minimum wage can't get employees and average fast food is out of everything atmosphere. They have our business completely from here on out. Totally impressed by my local dominos. Thanks to my responsive driver and the manager who runs his business this way. You are a rare breed in today's times. Thank you.
They charged me $3.80 for pizza that was supposed to be free. I redeemed rewards for medium pizza, 2 toppings. They charged me extra for cheddar topping, because it's more expensive. How could I know this? This info was not available online.
First and last time ordering here. Took them 20 min to take an order. Said the delivery would be 35-45 min, 2 hours later no one showed up. Called and they said the delivery guy came back, did he not deliver? NO!!!! He did not deliver! Who knows if they will even refund my money! Hung up and immediately called Marco's pizza. Took 2 min to place an order, delivery 25 min. DO NOT ORDER DOMINO'S!!! Worst, worst customer service!
decent price, really good pan pizza. Strongsville location has been closed for days. no indication when they'll reopen. we miss you. brunswick location is completely overwhelmed and quality is suffering there big time
Waited on hold for 30 minutes without ever talking to anyone. Then I tried to call them off and on for an hour and still no one picked up. Tried to order multiple times through the app and online and it kept giving me an error. Ended up just going through Papa Johns.

Service is very quick. They just changed ownership I believe but it was a smooth switch. Employees are incredibly nice and helpful. They are hiring but they dont show that they're understaffed with how well their team handles things.
Never again. This location is broken IMHO, and badly so. The entire experience was severely flawed - every aspect, from ordering online to the delivery time (nearly 2hours to go 3 miles or less), to the lukewarm, dry (as in little to no sauce) and basically inedible pizza, to the unanswered phone calls and the lack of courtesy and respect when I finally was able to contact someone days later. And then they had the utter gall to send me an email offering 20% off on my NEXT order - as if... as an apology. It'll never be a cold enough day for me to consider Domino's again.UPDATE : Been 10 days and no response from Domino's customer support or anyone else, not that I expected one. Worst on the planet.

I tried calling for 40 minutes and still there was no response and also was not able to place order online. It was giving error.
