Staff is very friendly! Although, the Chinese food here is not really good. I speak Mandarin Chinese and had various Chinese food Mandarin and Cantonese for many years. Example :Bland Chinese spices and their fried rice has no peas or carrots in it. It’s just plain rice that looks yellow and taste’s plain. Next chicken tastes plain and old. Ordered from the menu chicken fried rice yellow and no veggies plain. meal combo was suppose to come with egg roll and no egg roll was given. They are trying to save money by short changing the customer. Suggest many other Chinese fast food restaurants much better.
The food is delicious! My family and I go at least 3 - 4 times per month. The owners are very nice!Great service. We usually do take out on the way home. I like to have healthy meat and vegetable options.
General Chinese food place with exactly the options you’d expect. Better than most places in the area in my opinion and the employees are very kind. Got my order perfect.

Average, egg rolls are very small.
Nobody at the front window to take orders at 1pm. Was a person chopping meat in the kitchen but was not paying any attention to the counter. I knocked on the window but no response. I finally started to yell for attention and a little kid came over to take my order. My guess is they were all watching TV. Anyway, the chicken and broccoli was mediocre at best and pretty pricey at 7.50. Strongsville has some really good Japanese restaurants but the Chinese places not so much. Where's Noble House when you need it?
Kind of bland tasting. Not impressed after a couple of visits
The food used to be extremely good, but recently the flavor has taken a bit of a dive to me. I didn't finish the egg roll which was one of my favs! Also, the young help at the counter isn't very friendly; the deliverer was extremely courteous when he came to the house. I hope to see improvements....
I love this place. Never had an issue and we order quite a bit.
I ordered 5 take out meals at Dean’s on a recommendation from a neighbor. Never again! To start positive—the egg rolls and spring rolls were good. But…..The sweet and sour pork was overcooked and dry. The cashew chicken was tolerable, but not nearly as good as other places. Broccoli n beef sauce tasted odd….it was not good. Moo goo hair pan was not edible. I’m done with Dean’s House.
