I had to wait 20 min over the scheduled pickup time. I understand they are busy (That is why you run a business)..the staff did not even acknowledged the fact that i was waiting and i tried to get their attention but they will not even look at me..after 20mins they hand over my order and nothing...no sorry, no thank you. And they did not add an ingredient in my salad bowl. When we called to let the manager know, she was give excuse ' We were busy'..how rude!!! I will not recommend this location to any one

This place has a lot of bad reviews so I was actually looking for reasons not to like it when I visited for the first time today. They had plenty of options for my Keto diet so I was excited to try it out. I got a large build your own salad bowl with steak. The portion was huge and had a generous amount of tasty steak. The cucumber basil dressing was really good as well. The cold ingredients were all cold and the steak was warm, as they should have been. The disappointment for me really lied in the lack of drink choices, or rather the abundance of strangely flavored drinks. Plain iced black tea (like every restaurant on the planet offers) would have gotten 5 stars from me. Instead there was some vanilla fig “tea” and a few other odd ones. The dining room is way bigger than I feel they will ever use at one time, and removing some of the big tapestry and hanging orange panels might open and brighten the place up a little. Otherwise I’ll definitely eat here again.

i was there today patiently waiting to pick up an order that was already a few minutes behind and the female worker there seemed flustered and unorganized because she had told me my order was coming up and almost ready, then she started putting it in one of the bags that were out and then turned around to grab the rest of the order and when she went to package everything, she clearly put the first bowl in the wrong bag because she said a bowl was just in the bag & now it’s not — then immediately looked up at me and asked me if i took the bowl out of the bag………. i’m not sure why the first thought she had was to accuse a customer of taking something out of a bag i clearly didn’t touch, but i won’t ever be going here again.

I like the concept of this place and the menu items are great. Price is fine for me, too. I don't get it very often because each time I do, I get sick. I have a feeling they are not keeping their food stored properly whether that be at the correct temperature, in a sanitary environment, I'm really not sure. Every so often I will try it again in hopes of a different outcome but today marks the last time I will ever do so. I got the steak & gorgonzola salad and although it tasted good, I was sick within three hours of eating it. I do not have any allergies so this is not a reaction in that sense, this is something else. Disappointing but something the staff/management may want to look into as I cannot be the only one who has experienced this.

I love this place. I typically get a byob with spicy Thai chicken. The food is always fresh and the portions are great! Healthy options that offer great flavor.

This is usually one of my go to restaurants because I am gluten free but because of the service I received during my latest visit, I am not sure I will be returning. I was greeted by an employee with a terrible attitude who also was not following health code. He had long hair and was wearing it down while serving my food. When I asked for the dressing I get every visit, he grabbed the wrong one and when I told him, he was very rude in return. Instead of just grabbing the correct dressing, he became agitated with me and insisting I was wrong. I come into this store weekly and order the exact same thing and have never had an issue before. Disappointing service and lack of cleanliness among the food storage as well.

Have you changed management of this facility? I was very disappointed in the quality of the food tonight. The spring mix was wilted, the brussels sprouts and potatoes were very dried out and unappetizing. I don't think we'll be returning. I truly believe the fault lies with the people running the store. In today's world of not being able to get help, hopefully you will be able to get this under control

I ordered the Sriracha and tofu bowl it was good at first but once I got home I immediately started to feel sick and threw it up. I’m not the first person to get sick here just keep scrolling through the reviews.

We wanted to give this place another chance after our last bad experience. We ordered our two bowl meal 40 minutes before we came to pick up our order. Upon arrival, nothing was done. Most Workers were standing around. Some were tending to walk-ins. No designated carry out person. When they made the order, we checked the bag. It was missing the dressing that was designated on the ticket. Took another 5 minutes to get the dressing. We have made the decision to not come back. Every time we come it is a disaster. If you want an incomplete and slow order, come here; if not, don’t waste your time and money.
