I went on a fundraiser night and this location was entirely wiped of ingredients like beans and proteins. The store should close instead of trying to operate with a disappointing selection. I got a teaspoon of beans compared to a full scoop. The workers were treating the customers like a problem when in fact it is the management of this establishment. I won’t set foot here again. If I could give this review a 0 I would. Absolutely poor food for increasing price, and the bowls get worse and worse. Save your money for other alternatives.
Horrible service!!!! The manager “Jill” (not even sure that is her name but she was some pregnant girl) is nothing but rude! Placed an order online and it was never made went to pick it up and got told to wait in line with the rest of the people. Mind you I placed the order 2 hours before. And Jill was the rudest person I have ever met! She was talking about me to other customers and a man in line even threatened to “beat my a** if he was a broad” Jill then thanked him for saying that. If these are the people Chipolte hires then shame on them. The order I placed was over a hundred dollars which they did charge my account for and I never got my food! I will never step foot In there again!
Heavy set green haired girl at the counter was rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. Marty the unprofessional Manager told me they didn't have a District Manager, so I called a different location and got the District store Manager 's number. I can see why this locations has low ratings.
Good size portions& tasty. Inside dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean. Service was friendly for his busy as the were- had to make a few online orders before they can get to us.
NEVER going back to this chipotle again. messed up both of my orders. my bowl is the first one on the right. i got a bowl with chicken, white rice, sour cream, cheese, and light lettuce. i ended up getting a bowl which i am fine with a bowl, but it came with white rice, chicken, cheese, barley any sour cream, no lettuce and fresh tomato salsa. my friend got a BURRITO with steak, brown rice, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. he got a BOWL with barbicoa, , white rice, fajita veggies, sour cream and cheese. very disappointed in this. this chipotle never messes up my orders and sad to say i will never be returning.
Genuine Question: is the guacamole taste tested before it goes out to the public? If not, it should. I have had it hundreds of times and I ordered it with chips and also in my bowl. It's inedible and just awful. Please double and triple orders as well because I wanted brown rice and received white rice. It's a simple thing and the first item on my receipt under the word "bowl". It seems every other time I order food, its wrong in some way as well. But when I go in person, it's fine. What's the solution here? Hope this location improves. Thank you
This location has gone downhill. Food tastes bland, steak is almost nothing but chewy, hard fat. Absolutely inedible.Only redeeming quality was the manager, I forgot her name but she gave me a refund no problem.
A huge shout out to the young lady making the rice bowls for our party this evening. Rather than give the smallest portions, she was generous, and was even polite when publicly rebuked by the manager. Excellent employee! Thank you!
The employees were rude and there were 6 just standing around and no one wanted to even help us when we came in. When they finally asked what I wanted, the employee that made my food threw the spoon because he had to go get more guacamole and salsa. My burrito was EXTREMELY cheap and the man behind me was huge. Then when we were ready to check out the worker went away from the register while we stood there and the other employees stared at me while whispering to each other. There’s so many other chipotles around me and needless to say I will NOT be back ever. I always have an unpleasant experience here but this was the final straw. I recommend this location to NO ONE. Save your money and go to another Chipotle.
Last few times here you have had to order online. The burritos look like they are part of a kids meal they are so small! For almost $10 each you do not get your money's worth. There also is no way to customize or put a note on the order online.
