Love Chipotle. I recommend the 3 soft tacos! If you haven't tried them, they are a must!

I keep giving this another try, does not matter what location I go to apparently, to keep giving it another chance. Chipotle use to be amazing.... A-mazing. I don't know what they did to their food, but every time I get these little dark chicken pieces now, it's not good at all, and it grosses me out. I can't remember the last time it was good like it use to be. Last time for me for sure, no more tries.Not worth trying again and again when quality goes down and price goes up, portions go down, price goes up... like everywhere. Does not taste like it use to. No more Chipotle for me.
The burrito was great until I found a piece of hair halfway through:( I couldn’t continue after that. Bummed and hungry.
I have had the pleasure of watching the morning to afternoon crew work on April 1st of 2022. They work very hard to ensure that customers are satisfied and the place is clean. If management reads this feel free to ask questions. I used to work at Red Robin as a line Cook and although they're food is decent if your looking for Mexican this is the location to go to. Strongsville Mall!
first time I tried the pollo asado today after it being sold out at other previous chipotles. I was satisfied with my order and it was made well.
Chipotle unfortunately is not like before ,, small portions and they send you wrong orders
