The food is obviously great. However, for some reason they consistently seem to screw up orders. Waited a half hour to get food for two people and left with enough for one. My fault for not checking but I figured since we were the last people left that it wouldn't be screwed up. Not to mention they came out and asked about our order and we confirmed it. Probably should open up a second location since this one is clearly overburdened.
It was decent! My chicken sandwich was a little soggy with all the lettuce and tomato the bread turned soggy, also the fries were super soggy and not nice and crispy how they are supposed to be. ?
I was handed a frosted lemonade today that was dripping and sloppy. There was a big glob of frosted lemonade sliding off of the lid. The person handing it to me didn't even clean off the cup before giving it to me and I had to ask for napkins. The market salad was underwhelming and the fruit was clearly old. I won't return to this location.
This location and it's service has gone down hill. I placed an order online after getting out of the airport ,and a long day of travel only to be stuck waiting for my order along with several others while the staff were joking around laughing. The staff weren't paying attention to the orders and they were ignoring the manager when he was trying to ask them questions about why people weren't getting their drinks with their orders. While waiting they messed up someone's salad, and ended up messing my order up. I was missing fries. I have had several other times where my order was messed up,and after today I had to write a review because the owner of this location needs to get it straightened out.
Just got sandwiches from the food truck here in Mansfield. Always excellent food and service! Hopefully we have a Chick-fil-A restaurant coming soon!
It's just like every chick fil A. Great service and friendly workers. Only thing was they only had one person working the orders in the drive thru. Minus that it's a great place to eat. Plus their food is amazing.
I ordered two number 2 meals, one 8-piece nuggets, one mac-n-cheese and one side salad. All I received is 1 meal, one extra fries, and the 8-piece nuggets. Worst chick-fil-a I've ever experienced.
I like everything about my experience here, however I expected the food quality to be much higher than what I received. I see chic-fil-A as an above average fast service restaurant and today the food was average.
The remodel looks good but the menus are set up after you order. This makes no sense. The food was alright.
