The moment I pulled into parking spot I seen a young man with a BK uniform and backpack on. He was very polite. He held the door open for me. I walked up to the counter and he asked the mgr if it was ok that he punch in. The mgr, also very polite, told him yes. He punched in on the register and immediately took my order and thanked me. Then, he went to the office and dropoed his belongings off. He jumped right in and did what the mgr asked him to do. There were 3 other employees, all working equally hard. The young man working the drive-thru was handing out orders at the front counter. All employees were hard working and polite. I've only been here about 6 times and every experience has been great. The food is the best of any BK I've been to. I, at 16, started my working career at BK that lasted a couple years. I love this BK. Great jobs everyone.

First time here went through drive thru lane young man was patient, helpful and seemed pleasant. No issues until AFTER I paid for order @1st window pull up 2nd window, young lady handed my drinks. Then an older middle aged lady came open window so I was expecting food NOPE!! She asked for actual physical coupon (2whopperjr/$4.99) used w order. I put fastfood COUPONS in car, this way when I need them & take pix just incase!Well picture w 4digit code wasn't acceptable, I couldn't find asap so I pulled up app hoping it would work now bc wouldn't prior for this location to order. I pulled up BK app & show the promo #'s. By her appearance I could tell she wasn't happy with me! After that I get home and order wasn't even right!!!

Went through the drive thru. Service was pretty quick. Food was hot and the order was correct.

There is never a long wait when I drive thru, probably because the attitudes of the staff is so poor!!! No wonder they can't hire or keep people. Very poor service.

I don't understand how burger king can constantly be bad. Thought we would try this new location, but my food was ice cold. Also waited 15 minutes for my food, and waiting 6 mins for my order to be taken. I understand short staffed, but how is my food ice cold.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your order to be ready. That could be because it’s bafflingly difficult to get most people to work these days and BK is short staffed like so many other businesses in our country. Also, you should be ok if you order 3 or less items but anything more than 3 and there’s a 75-100% chance that it won’t be right-even the regular menu items without modification.The positive is that the food is actually pretty fresh and tastes very good-even when it’s not remotely close to what you ordered.Saying that it’s “worth the wait” is somewhat debatable here but they do make a mean burger.

By far the best tasting burgers i had ever had from a fast food industry. Amazingly rapid and freshly made. I highly recommend this location.

Unless you want to wait longer than you would for a ride at Disney World on a busy day, don’t go here. A couple times it has taken 30-40 minutes to get our food

Writing this from the drive thru... Been here for well over 20 minutes. Can't go in to grab my food because the restaurant is closed and the woman who answered the phone isn't offering discounts for the wait. Absolutely unprofessional. If burger king wants to keep it's costumers, it's gonna need to pay their employees more to show up to work so they aren't so understaffed

Found hair on my whopper. Ranch tasted like fish sauce! Chicken nuggets tasted stale. Worst BK ever! Would not recommend!
