Awesome wings and service.

I have to say the past few times we have came here we definitely did not have great service but today…. WAS AWESOME!!! Our server Roman was amazing. He was very attentive and always checking up on us. He made sure to talk and be respectful and was always around. I will say probably one of the best employees I have EVER!!! And I mean have ever seen!!! If you ever want service as good as it gets make sure you see the gentlemen Roman for a nice dinner!!!

Quick and friendly service. Great food.Updated: service was lacking the 2nd time around. Sat at our table for 15 minutes before server greeted us and took drink order. Other was wrong and never checked back on us so we just had to eat was was brought out. 20 minutes after we finished eating I had to go to the host stand to get a manager to comer over just so we could pay for our food. It was not exceptionally busy, there were at least 4 wait staff that I saw, and the server was frequently talking to other servers and playing with them at the kitchen window.

nice place to go if you have a large group of friends. sometimes I go with friends for game night. just get together roughly six people give or take and play board games etc and have some food and drinks. food and the employees are good

Food was great, our waitress was great, the fact that half the staff watched us standing up at the front door with our kids and ignored us until 4 more groups of people came in was kinda rough. Gonna chalk this up to really poor management, but the food was good and our server was fantastic.

Service was amazing!! Not gonna mention names. The only Buffalo Wild Wings I go to (because of the service) but at 10:59 to be told “let’s go everybody out” by the manager is unacceptable! I didn’t walk in 10 minutes before closing, I was there for hours and spent over $100 (which I do once a week). I hate to give 3 stars but the servers are absolutely amazing. Based on him alone definitely a ZERO!! Definitely will rethink my future visits.

The staff did a great job in accommodating a large group of families. 15 of us in all, mix of adults and kids. Food was what I expect from BW3. The service made it better.

Needed late night takeout after a late track meet, and they were so wonderful! food was freshly made, great tasting and service was super friendly. Will definitely be back

Long wait with almost no one on the bar floor guest wise, less than satisfactory portion control on the Buffalo Crunch Wrap not to mention presentation left wanting. Aside from that the staff is normally friendly and helpful if they aren't in a rush that is. But unfortunately the down fall of this Bw3's is the kitchen staff and their management, so much potential there though. Use to love coming here in the early 2000's up until about 2013.

Long story short, go anywhere else. Pricey, slow service, and disappointing. There's plenty of other, better sports bars to go to.Its been a long time since I felt the urge to write a review, but wow, this is just sad.Lets start with the first two issues; SERVER and WAIT TIME. The place was half empty so its not like they were too busy. Our server, while polite, was near absent from the room. I'm not expecting them to be there 24/7, but I only saw them at the beginning, when I got food, and the bill; practically nonexistent. Like, I dont wanna be to mean, but they just came off as very lazy. I guess I cant blame them though since they also have nothing to do but wait on the kitchen. An hour and 20 min is a long time for a six wings and smash burgers. Also want to note we got our food around the same time a family that was waiting for only 20 min. Dont know if thats the server or the kitchens fault, but come on.Speaking of food lets talk PRICE and QUALITY. Pricing is a bit ridiculous. Six wings is almost 10$. I can get 10 wings for 10$ elsewhere. As for the wings, they were cooked okay, but the honey bbq was bland; not worth the price. Burger was around 11$ which is fair for a double cheese burger. The smash burgers were also just okay, nothing I would write home about. Again though, an hour and 20 mins for smash burgers?Overall, just find a little sports bar and go there. You have a better chance of finding good food and service there then anything here.
