My daughter in law and I dine here once a month or more. The food is excellent and nobody makes a better salad dressing than their celery seed. The bread has a crunchy, delicious crust. We always get their scrumptious pappardelle noodles in Vodka sauce. The portions are good sized and the servers are fast, friendly, very attentive and efficient. We love Sandy. We never have a long wait time because we always get here as soon as they open. This restaurant is the VERY BEST authentic Italian food in Northern Ohio. We are dining here yet again today.
Six of us went for dinner last Saturday night and boy were we delighted! Not only was the food amazing but the service was outstanding, as well. We had Joanna. Two of us had the shrimp and scampi dish, I had spaghetti and meatballs, one had salmon and the other had the pork chop. All were over the top delicious! The steaks looked incredible but I couldn't order multiple meals and felt I had to try the Italian. Sauce was phenomenal!
Outstanding food and a pleasant atmosphere. Lindsey B was our server, and was one of the top 5 we've ever had. Her recommendations were spot on, and the attention she gave to our table, even during a busy time, was remarkable!The lasagna is virtually family sized, and the tortellacci carbonara was absolutely spectacular! Save room for the bread pudding, which we decided is likely the best we've ever demolished.
Went to this restaurant yesterday evening with 3 friends. Upon arrival, we were added to a 40 minute wait list. Once our reservation was called, we were seated at a high top table, where 2 of our table’s seats butted up against the bar seating. The restaurant was very crowded to begin with, but also lacked appropriate spacing between seating, which was surprising given the recent pandemic. After our drink order was quickly taken, our table began to feel very cramped due to a group of 5 people at the bar walking back and fourth, occupying the very small space separating our table from their bar seating. While walking, one of my friend’s purse got knocked on the ground. My friend stated aloud what had happened, received an apology and then asked the person who knocked her purse to please sit down to create more space. The person quickly became defensive and hostile, screaming that there was “no where to sit.” In addition, the other 4 people at the bar began to chime in, spewing drunken profanity at us. The hostess recognized the situation, and called for a manager. The manager moved us to another table in hopes to remedy the situation. However, given the verbal abuse we received from the very intoxicated group of 5 at the bar, we requested they be asked to leave. The manager assured us that we would not be bothered, even as much as looked at by them, and comped our entire bill. The manager also stated that the group at the bar had closed their tab, and would be leaving soon. After we finished our meal, we noticed the rude group of 5 still partying at the bar. So as no surprise, when we walked past the bar to leave, we were harassed with rude comments once again. If it were not for the delicious meal and top notch server, I would have given the review a zero. It is completely unacceptable and disgusting that management did not cut off the belligerent group of 5 at the bar and ask them to leave immediately. Shame on management for packing the restaurant past capacity, and for wanting that type of clientele in their establishment!
We have had dinner here and are never disappointed. We had a party here and everything was wonderful. Josh who sets up your information was very helpful with the whole process. The day of the party he continued...he helped with service and checked in throughout. Our servers Vanessa and Mel were very patient and attentive. I did miss the name of the gentleman who also helped serve the food, he was very nice as well. The whole experience was so nice. You will not be disappointed visiting here. Thank you!
I can't tell you anything about the regular menu. I went here for an event and the usual buffet dishes were done to my surprise just perfectly. Everything is homemade and it's all good. They know what they're doing here. I'm coming back for dinner without any occasion.
J. Bella is great, but I am surprised at how highly this place is rated. Food is okay but not amazing, price are fine and you definitely get your money's worth but it's Italian food of course you'll have leftovers for days. Restaurant is definitely cramped, tight lanes between tables barely room for two people. Waiters always squeezing past each other or another table creates an odd experience. Food and beverage is fine I'd definitely recommend a reservation, you'll call and they'll tell you that we aren't busy you don't need a reservation then you'll walk into a 40 minute wait when you arrive with a dozen people standing in a lobby area fit for 6 people max.
We had a large group for Christmas get together. The manager stopped by to say hello as we were being seated and again after dinner, great follow-up. The meals were handled extremely well the food was all hot and amazing. The atmosphere was inviting and a conversations were easily had around the table.Absolutely recommend Bucci's
Our dinners were excellent (seafood fettuccine special), arocini appetizer, salads, crusty bread with garlic butter (the best garlic butter)! Our server was super nice and very attentive to our needs throughout the meal. We tipped her well and will be back soon!
Excellent place for great Italian food! The bread is crusty, the portions are filling and the service is wonderful. I've eaten here several times and everything has been tasty. It's not cheap but awesome food rarely is.
