This location needs a revamp. The food was bad, they were out of a bunch of stuff, we waited forever for someone to even come out of the back to help us. We walked in with no one in line and by the time they walked out, there was a long line of people. It was very disappointing, we never had issues like this when the one in Parma was open. We will not be going back.
Order was incomplete and incorrect. It was missing a sandwich and the two purchased drinks. I was given an incorrect drink instead. I was unable to resolve as the manager in charge didn’t want to identify himself or offer a replacement of some sort. I wish there would have been a better customer experience and empathy. It is understood that mistakes happen; however, adding a poor attitude to the mix makes my rating a 1. Great food and taste, however. Hoping you’re able to make an improvement in the handling of the experience for other customers. Best, JD.
You might want to adjust your hours on a lot of the websites. This location on many sites says open until 9. I was in area and was going to stop and it was 8:10. Lights are off except main food area. I notice one worker and it’s completely empty with the food in the hott glass area. And they are cleaning. Good thing I didn’t do a pick up order! I feel like it would have went through and I’d be out money, food and time.
Placed a carry out order the morning of Christmas Eve, when I arrived at my scheduled time I was told they were out of chicken and had no solution. They refused to refund my money saying only corporate will do that. After calling corporate multiple times, leaving multiple messages, I have yet to hear back from them. After calling the store numerous times and speaking with multiple people I have yet to see a refund, 6 weeks later. They have literally stole my money at this point. Horribly managed place and too much blaming on others when there's an issue. Not worth the time, KFC is right down the street. Zero stars if it was possible.
I think Boston Market may be a bit underrated. It's a nice change from fast food and other quick choices. They have some good quality menu options. Good desserts too. At the time and restaurant I ate at, the food was fresh and my order was correct. The staff was courteous.
Food was nice and hot, but the employees here are much more personable and kind than the North Olmsted or Brooklyn/Brook park locations which makes this one worth coming to.

The food is very good, but the staff today is what is made my visit great. Those kids were working very hard to bring great service to the people.
