Ordered a Cheddar Chicken Ranch. Got ...a bun, with 2 chicken tenders and a little squirt of ranch in the middle. I took it back to the counter and told them there was no cheddar on my sandwich. The girl said, oh we are out of cheddar. I'm sorry we forgot. Another girl took my initial order. It would have been REALLY nice to know they didn't have cheddar slices when I placed my order. Then the girl that first took my order said they have swiss when I asked if the had "any cheese" ...she took my bun with 2 chicken tenders in the back and put a cold piece of Swiss on it, didn't bother heating it up or even ask if I would like something else. Horrible service.
The gentleman in the Drive-Thru window was absolutely amazing definitely would go back simply for the fact that it was a very enjoyable experience. Not to mention Arby's is my all-time favorite.
❤❤❤❤❤I HAD to come leave a 5 star review!!!! We stopped by at 10:30 last night after a long road trip. To my surprise it was the BEST Arby's experience I've had since childhood to be honest! It was fast, Bryan the cashier was SO friendly AND the food was actually super fresh and super hot. I was SO impressed that I just had to leave a review! Like, seriously, I don't know the last time I got fast food that fresh. I really appreciate when people do their jobs right. My receipt says Bryan was my cashier. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! ?❤❤❤❤
Fast friendly service. At least with the evening crew. Great tasting food. Reasonably priced but exactly what you would expect from an Arby's. Fairly easy to get in and out of if your not making a left to get out. Rush hours are more difficult to get in and out of their driveway.
Very nice, new restaurant. On the small side seating wise, but very clean inside. However, the day I visited I ordered my meal and everything that was supposed to be hot was cold/lukewarm, at best. The curly fries, cold....the roast beef sandwich, cold...the mozzarella cheese sticks, lukewarm. Why this was the case, I have no idea. Only a couple other customers in at the time of my visit, so not very busy at all. Food needs to be served Hot! A very terrible experience, in such a nice new location. I will not be going back.
New store in Strongsville. Convenient location, adding to the traffic problems on Pearl Rd. Arby's menu is overall better than the litany of fast food places recently built in that area
A great place to eat the food's always hot and fresh and especially since it's a brand new place it's only been there less than 3 months and being where it's at between the park and parkways and the main road Pearl road is a fabulous place and fabulous spot...
They literally just gave me cold cuts folks. Roast beef is not warm but cold as outside. I think my sandwich was straight out the fridge. Will never return
Thrilled this came to Strongsville. Just 2 blocks from my home! Smokehouse Brisket is yummy.
I got takeout (from the counter) & enjoyed gawking at the interior of this new location.I ordered 2 roast beef classics but they came w/cheese (beef n cheddar?), which, w/out cheese is the reason I opt for classics. I've never liked their fake cheese.....
