Ordered delivery. Waited an hour. Called to make sure driver didn't get lost. The person answered confirmed my name and said it's in route and should be another 5-10 minutes. Called back 25 minutes later. Talked to a manager. Manager started they accidentally had it as pickup and could deliver it now.... Really... Really? You mess up and now want to deliver me food that's been sitting for over an hour with no discount, nothing. What happened to the good customer service.
Waited over 1.5 hours for my delivery after calling them and asking them if they got lost.... nope they had us done for pickup though we said delivery and even called 2x to double ck on our order. Only to get an IM SORRY. Im.sorry isn't going to feed the family today. Not the first time they have messed up. I knew Fred and he would be upset he has such terrible workers at the Strongsville location.I will not be ordering from then again
Obviously some of these people haven't had really really good italian pizza. It was better in the 90s/early 2000s. I know they've expanded tremendously, but something isn't quite the same.Ingredients are different, and consistency has taken a step back.The house dressing is the best I've ever had though, hands down. The Apple Cider added ingredient makes it one of a kind. Expensive bottle, but well worth it.
the antonio’s on pearl rd in strongsville is the WORST one! i will drive to north royalton or parma before i ever order from the strongsville location again, and that’s saying something because i live less than 5 minutes away from this one. i’ve gave them chance after chance and every time they fail me. the pizza tastes horrible. either over cooked, under cooked, not what i ordered, etc. & their management/employment is terrible because anytime something is wrong they don’t reimburse, don’t fix, and aren’t understanding or personable at all. i do NOT recommend.

Not only had they Stop delivery to my Strongsville address which I called and told them that I live less than a mile away (I was told it was a system glitch with it is still not working)...I am finding out that it cost to use the app or order it online than it does to call the order in....I compared the numbers and they overcharge by a $1 everytime I order online...I know times are tough but charging almost 5.00 for delivery fees and that's not including a tip...
I love their pizza one of my favorites in town. I also use to love their fried ravioli but it has changed and not for the best I just don't get them anymore.
This place has gone downhill. I am a resident of Strongsville and used to order (5-6 yrs ago) spaghetti dinner once or twice a week for my dad in nursing home, bought more dinners for people eating with him. Used to get with dinner... a nice salad, garlic bread, meatball & italian sausage, if you wanted both, or two meatballs...whatever you ordered, they gave you a nice portion and it was good! I paid, I believe around $10-11 for dinners ea.. Now, menu says $9.25 for spaghetti, salad no longer comes with dinner, I was charged $3.49 extra for sm. no frill, side salad. I came in evening 11/22. I bought to take to hospital for my mom. I told them I wanted sausage with meatballs, salad w/cheese on top. I got DRY spaghetti, which mom had hard time eating, when I got home, I kid you not, I had to add sauce on leftovers! Also got ONE meatball, ONE sausage piece, SIMPLE small salad with NO cheese and garlic bread that was so soggy, it wasn't toasted, you squeeze it, it drips oil...get sick eating it cause all you taste is oil or whatever is dripping...yuck! All this goodness (sarcasm) while waiting, FOREVER, watching four young adults, move like sloths with absolutely no PR skills, not friendly at all! I realize workers are hard to find now but you're better off getting senior citizens they listen, are more conscientious and have much better people skills! Another person came in while I was waiting for my order and she ordered a simple no frills salad and ended up waiting as long as me for just a salad...needless to say she wasn't thrilled! BTW...all this costs me $17.48...for what? I don't mind paying higher IF it was worth it but...no thanks I will pass from this establishment from now on. Hard to find places that are quality reliable! Just, yet, another business gone sour...JMO! Strongsville needs to step it up with their eating places!
I am diabetic and I ordered food from Them an hour wait no food and didn’t get no phone call no acknowledgment not even a callback from the shop to confirm my address or my phone number very unprofessional
