The food is good and the staff appear friendly but they can’t follow directions too well. My issue, is the lack of napkins and utensils and the amount of times my order is incorrect over the phone. I’ve been to this location several times and for every to go order Ive asked for napkins and utensils (what I consider to be basic dining etiquette) and every-time I get to work or my destination its never in the bag. Its gotten to a point where I open the bag in front of them which makes me feel like Im dealing with children. I could see forgetting once or twice but its 90% of the time. I hope management addresses this.
Everything I ate was amazing great patio and perfect summer lunch spot. It was my first time dining but won't be me last!
I'm not saying that Aladdin's is perfect. Every restaurant has room for improvement, but I respect their willingness to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I had a previous order that was incorrect, a mess, BUT this was the first time it has happened in the years I have been eating at the restaurant. I was disappointed and informed them via the online email I received.They went above and beyond to let me know they "heard" my complaints, even called me to apologize. WoW! I'm BIG on Customer Service and was so impressed and pleased.I ordered again today and everything was exactly the way I requested. Exact! One mistake will not have me bash them on the Internet. Instead, I say give them a first, second, third chance. It's honestly worth it. The food is so good and there are an abundance of options. I'm still working my way through the entire menu. I keep forgetting dessert.P.S. The presentation on the carryout is amazing.

I love Aladdin's. Their food is so good and always seems so fresh. It's become kinda like comfort food to me. I can indulge a bit and still feel like I'm eating healthy. My last order was so good though. I've been having a lot of problems with depression. I have major depressive disorder and some days, weeks or months are just worse than others. This last order though........they threw in an extra item. The container had a sticker on it saying " Hope this makes your day brighter". It was a slice of carrot cake. I love carrot cake but I haven't had it in a long time. Yes, it made my day brighter. When you are seriously depressed (whether it's situational or clinical) any little show of kindness makes your day brighter.
The food is great and the prices are reasonable. I had a hummus felafel roll and shared some loubie bzeit with my wife. We're here every week and are uniformly satisfied.
Hannah provided superb customer service. The pomegranate tea was refreshing. Entrées were prepared as ordered. The carrot cake and the baklava cheesecake were delicious ?
Very friendly and helpful staff! There was a mixup with our online order and the staff took care of it quickly and made it right! Will be visiting again.
Giving 1 star just because they have the food. Is bland. Avoid Strongsville’s location if you can. I’ve been to Alladins in Middleburg heights many times, way better than this.
Convenient, consistent, considerate! I love Aladdins anywhere I go. This one just happens to be down the street from home so I am so happy that I can go to one that is consistent. The staff is friendly and my order has yet to have any issues. I regular the kibbies and beef or chicken Shwarma with lots of garlic sauce. Thank you Aladdin's for all the great foods!
