Phones are always down. Food is often cold. I was rudely ignored in he front of the building waiting to place an order before being told they wouldn't accept a cash order, ( Not before the cashier talked to the other staff for 5 minutes). This staff does not uphold standards shown by other wingstop locations.

Utterly disappointed, the chicken was well over cooked, hard and crunchy.The fires were fresh, as they forget them in my order initially.I've Doordashed from this location several times and have received poor reviews from customers due to the garbage that this place gives people who have to order Doordash.Long story short, you have forever lost not only my business, but also the business of my customers that order from doordash.The business owner needs to polish up.
Order wings from this location to be delivered, and I never received my order. 35 bucks for 15 wings, and I never received them. That's basically theft. I tried calling the location, and no one answered the phone. What is the purpose of offering delivery if you can't guarantee the customer is going to get their order? I basically feel the whole business is dishonest and care nothing about the customers.
Do yourself a favor and do not got to this location. Every time i go, the wait is ridiculous, and the food is ALWAYS cold and or wrong. Attached is a picture of the voodoo fries i ordered today. As you can see i did not get voodoo fries, i got a pile of nasty shoe leather looking have to be day old pulled from the trash can they we completely cold not just room temperature COLD. This is absolutely disgusting whomever owns this location should be ashamed that they would serve this garbage to a customer. Additionally all of our boxes was covered in This disgusting grease the bag and the food was absolutely soaked in it. This is just one of many failures produced by this location. I love Wingstop but it's is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor do Not use this location.
