great food been here since a jit!
food was great.staff was friendly. place was clean.
I go by this Wendy's two to three times a week. They can't get your order right half of the time and the fries are always cold. I worked at Wendy's 40 years ago and they had high standard's. When the burgers are overdone they go to chili meat not on my bun!
Uncooked bacon seriously its basically raw. The people that work there will be playing with there hair, rudding there hands on there face and nose while making orders.
Food was fresh and hot, store wasn't nasty, but could've been cleaner. Service was slow, and not overly friendly. Order was fresh, hot, and correct.
We grabbed a couple of plain baked potatoes to go with the watermelon and grapes we picked up at Love's next door. It was a great lunch! The staff at Wendy's were excellent.
Andy is the best manager.She handles the business like no other .I give her a 5 star rating,she make Wendy's the best !
The worst Wendy's experience I have had. Wendy's in Loves gas station off I70 and Route 41. Grant it, it's fast food and it's hard to get good help these days, but still I'm spending my hard earned money to eat with this franchise. Only 1 person taking orders and the line was out the door . Multiple (6 to 10) people behind counter standing around. The manager was yelling at the workers. The drink station and sitting area was disgusting with food and trash on tables , counters, and floor. Hamburgers were very dry/burnt and fries were cold. I took the fries back and asked for fresh. Waited about 3 minutes (the time the worker said) and they gave me cold fries again. I did not take them back again because I was afraid that all the young kids behind the counter would record me being a complaining Karen . It was unreal. I will not be going back to this one again.
Thursday night @2100Really good, smooth service. Food was well put together. Was ignored a bit, but you can't expect too much attention from teens.
They were very slow and somebody in the back was yelling the f word in a public place. It took over 30 minutes to get one hamburger in a small order of fries
