Fries were cold and sandwiches weren’t made right after sitting in line for almost 15 minutes.
May 18th 2022 345 p.m.Sat in the Drive-Thru waiting waiting waiting. The manager was in the office doing whatever, while the workers are out there doing two and three different positions at one time trying to keep up..I thought that the manager is supposed to go out on the floor to help the employees when they're all backed up. The line was all the way out to the street..I miss the old manager James he was always on the floor with the staff members and Kristen she always had the workers back and was always doing a whole bunch of different roles.
Went today to receive cold soggy fries. I don't understand wendys are the new advertisements about warm fries true or false?
Went through drive thru and ordered fries and they were cold... Surprise's me coming from Wendy's...
Average! Was surprised how small a double stack is. Chili is always good! Staff was very friendly!

I appreciate that Wendy's uses fresh beef. It really does taste better than other places like McDonald's. Now I still get Breakfast at McDonald's but lunch definitely Wendy's.
I am a frequent drive thru customer, I love the breakfast. I enjoy the burgers...I hate the new chicken sandwiches, I never order chicken sandwich anymore...They should of never changed the chicken to this nasty chicken patty they have now
Good food, they fill the order pretty quick .... only thing ... they forgot my spicy nuggets but that's okay ... the chili filled me up..
