Not satisfied...Was wanting to order hashbrowns special. For a second time I was told they were out of hashbrowns. First time was at N. Limestone Tim Hortons. Beginning to look like a bait and switch scam to get a person in the store. If you don't have your advertised deal I'm not going to order something I don't want...
Didn’t have orange tangerine refresher Didn’t have hash browns Sandwich was cold Coffee didn’t have my espresso in it $8.15 So much for the most important meal of the day.
Seriously worse than gas station food. Ordered double stacked breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Waited a little longer to go in because they had a line (15 minutes). No one had made my order,so I waited another 5 minutes for that. The double stacked sandwich had no bacon on it ($5 sandwich) the egg and the sausage were burnt to a crisp and the sausage patty was paper thin. Don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is the third time in a row I tried to give ol Timmy H another chance and got burnt. Deleted the app, won’t be going back.
They never have items my customers need or want.. l had to cancel a grubhub order because every item on order, they did not have??? Iced tea, chips, donuts.....Why be in business if you can't provide the menu items people want??
I didn't feel the drive through attendant was very friendly... And it was 12pm in the afternoon 2 Carmel Ice Caps Were Ordered and we were told they had no whipped cream for the ice caps... We also ordered a cream cheese bagel... When we got to the window the attendant was like well I don't even think I charged you for that but it's ok you can have it... If we weren't charged why was it made and handed to her to give to us? We Spent $20 on our order... In all honesty no I won't go back to this Tim Hortons I Was Very Disappointed... I'll Drive Across Town Where It's Worth My Time And Money.
Got combo #9 coffee good hash brown so so bagel sandwich cold bagel not toasty enough to me think I wasted 7.00-180 for coffee oh well no quality anymore anywhere Canadian company shouldn't do business in America jus my opinion
Thus place sucks. Sat at drive thru for ever thus morning because one employees family decided to drive up, pull in front of car approaching window, hop out and yell at employee inside store through window. Then I came back late, sat at menu board for 3.5 minutes and the yelled "what is going on" some one came over the speaker and told me I was just going to have to wait she was having employee problems. FREAKING RUDE!!!
I go every Saturday morning to get my wife's favorite drink (large oreo ice cap with 2 shots of expresso and whip cream) but the last 3 Saturday's they say they can't do expresso...don't know if this means they don't know how or something different
Not the best stocked, but it was clean with friendly staff. There were some employees being trained so it was a bit slower, but everyone was polite and professional.
This place is nasty ! I worked here an I tried cleaning the underneath of things an they told me It was pointless because people don’t see underneath stuff . They hand wash the glazer so there for the donuts taste like sanitizer when really it should be taken to the sink to be washed with soap and water..
