Nice time. They took good care of us. Father’s Day was wonderful.
Food is great, service is great. The issue i have is when they serve the bill to customers with large wait times already they do not urge them to leave. We arrived for a call ahead that was at 5 about 15 minutes early. We're told the tables we will be using have people who have been here an hour AND served the bill. We don't get seated till 6. I know you can't make them leave, but usher them along isn't a hard ask.
The rolls people…..THE ROLLS. I mean never mind anything else, the rolls and cinnamon butter are heavenly. But if you care about more than just bread, I have some additional things for you.I love that you can secure your place in line on their website, super fast and convenient with text messages letting you know what to do like stay in your car etc, that is very helpful.The food is always good and if something is wrong with it, the management goes out of their way to correct it. Truly excellent customer service.Their servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Our server Cassie was absolutely amazing. I never had to ask for anything, she intuitively knew what we needed, and checked on us the appropriate amount. The only two negatives are that it’s very popular and it can be hard to get a table AND they aren’t open for lunch during the week. Other than that, 5 stars is not enough, I’d like to give them 10!
Great Food and Service was great also for a busy Restaurant
Love the food here! The steak is always great and I really like their rice. Downside is there's always a wait for a table and it's just so crowded! We had 5 people in our party and were seated at a booth that should seat no more than 4. We were really crammed in there. The waiter couldnt even get to our table because there was another right next to it he had to reach around n pass things over. They should be in a bigger location or expand current building. I'd imagine it would be more than worth the investment to do so!
The food is great and just as expected at Texas Roadhouse. You just can't go wrong with those warm, sweet, cinnamon dinner rolls. I will say that it's pretty difficult for a large party to be seated during the Sunday church rush with the lack of large tables. Most seating options are 4-6 person booths. Plan accordingly.
The Roadhouse is definitely not my choice! The food is good and the service is good but the environment is awful. It's so loud you can't hear what the person across the table from you is saying. When I go out for a nice steak dinner I certainly want to be able to conversate with girlfriend but here its next to impossible. I spent just over a hundred bucks including the tip for a dinner that I absolutely will never repeat! This place is louder than most bars on a Saturday night. Absolutely ridiculous....
Place was great, was very noisy but that's typical and all Texas Roadhouse locations. Food as always was fantastic and the service was great as well. Was the first time I went there after my child was born and found out they do offer booster seats if you need one, in case that's a concern for any new parents out there.
My well done butter fly stake We ordered our food at 730 and got there and they gave it away! We waited for them to redo it we got our food at 9pm. Now raw meat. This is horrible. They gave us coupons for our trouble. Sad!
normally love Texas Roadhouse but both our steaks was not cooked right sent them back one came back right the other was not the manager was very nice offered to redo it again but I ate it any ways they was very busy so IF I ever go back I will make sure they are not busy .... they manager an our server was great but the girl at the desk when you first go in probably shouldn't be greeting people that is not the job for her ..
