It doesn’t matter night or day there is one thing guaranteed about this Taco Bell and it is that they will mess your order up. The level of incompetence at this location is like no other!
Probably one of the BETTER Taco Bell’s in town. They’re usually ALWAYS friendly, never rushing you, and go above and beyond to make the ordering experience a breeze.
Waited forty minutes in the drive thru, cheesy roll ups weren’t even cooked and they didn’t give me my Cinnabons ?
This the only Taco Bell I go to in Springfield at all. They are on it. I've never had a problem ordering anything from Taco Bell on Derr road. I highly recommend.
At best the line takes 15-20 and half of your order is wrong. At worst, I've sat in the line for 45 minutes on a doordash just to be told they can't fulfill the order, so I wasted my time, made no money, and disappointed a customer.
We ordered Taco Bell through their Drive Thru on Derr Rd in Springfield, Ohio and didn’t receive 2 Chicken Chalupa’s we paid for! Plus the Crunchy Tacos were super soggy and falling apart. They definitely need to do better at checking the orders before handing them out!
The system is always down. They offer coupons but tbh, it happens too much.

The one on Derr Rd sucks. Took 20 mins to get my food and I went inside and all I got was 3 soft tacos. Food sucked
I do not recommend this taco bell theyre employee's are rude they are slow and the line is always backed up to the road, everytime i order from there they take forever to even respond at the ordering station and my order is always messed up.
