I have never had an experience like this experience to Taco Bell. There was a lady named Kim that was extremely helpful I mess my order up completely and she save the day. I think every Taco Bell deserves a Kim. She’s an inspiration to every Taco Bell she sets the golden standard for customer service and rises to five star service. I will never go to another Taco Bell besides the one on Upper Valley Pike if it all possible.I would go to another Taco Bell if Kim was transferred and promoted district managerGood job Kim!
I absolutely love Taco Bell but please give me whole nachos and not the crumbs and while we’re at it we need more cheese a bigger cup!
For the second time the meat didn't seem to be very well seasoned. If it happens again I doubt if I'll ever purchase anything there again. Prior to those 2 occasions it was always a decent place to eat. What happened? New management, people don't care, what?
Had the chicken quesadilla, supreme taco and burrito, they were good and service was fast

I ordered Burrito supreme, no onion or lettuce, extra sour cream, I got NO sour cream and lettuce and onion. Ordered soft taco supreme no lettuce, I got NO lettuce NO tomatoes very lil sour cream and very lil cheese. Never had food that bad from this store.
We tried the new chicken sandwich/taco...it was such a disappointment. Also the lemon freezes were way to expensive for what I call a small. We ordered larges.
