Just wanted a quick bite to eat while on the road. I love Taco Bell, this one utterly sucked. All teenagers running it with the managers outside smoking and talking to someone who I assumed they were friends with. My order was right except for my Gordita crunch where I asked for a nacho cheese shell then watched the guy use a regular shell still. All employees I interacted with had absolutely no personality. I was trying to be as nice as possible but they were quite rude and just didn’t care. Get better people working at Taco Bell.

Mess up our order so often. Every time we go in to get our order fixed the staff complains instead of fixing the issue.Per one employee they could be reported to cooperate for even working the register and helping me to begin with so who even knows what they're "allowed" to do. I just want my food the first time I pay for it and not after my other food has been had and sat for 30 minutes.

Truly the worst ever Taco Bell I’ve ever been at they forget my taco and my cinnamon balls and they put beans on my food after I said not too there a stupid they need a firing spree for the night crew and I use to work here they’re dumb and don’t need to make that 14 dollars and hour

Just visited Taco Bell on South lime stone before ordering stated they were out of ground beef instead of providing things at a discounted price charge full price for half an to pick either chicken or steak I purchase three chicken soft tacos and the chicken was cold employees seem not to care

The sign says that they serve breakfast but when we pulled in, they said that they didn’t serve breakfast. I tried to call beforehand but no one answered. Waste of time - we just want to try the breakfast!

The food was made correctly and it was fresh! That is very much appreciated! The staff was friendly and did their jobs well!

Too long of a wait for fast food, and everything keeps going up, and they took away all their chicken products, and their beef sucks.

Only reason I didn't give it a five was they messed up on one of my orders and had lettuce on my taco so I had to turn around and go back because I don't like lettuce.

I would give negative stars if that were possible! WORST SERVICE EVER!I went at lunch time today (10/7/21) First was told only exact change or credit card . Then, I told them I had three orders, she told me she couldn't take multiple orders in the drive thru. I backed out. Parked. Tried to go in, the lobby was locked. A nice man came to the door and said the lobby was closed due to short staff. I told him I had a problem then...I had 3 orders, they would not take my order in the drive thru...what do I do? Can they not just ring me in as a separate car? A manager came to the door, I repeated...she said she can't and I guess you have to leave. REALLY! ? ARBY'S WAS HAPPY TO HAVE OUR BUSINESS IN THEIR DRIVE THRU!We as an office of 13 will never be back!
