Zero stars! I’m not sure what happened to this Taco Bell but it seems like withen the last two years it has gone down hill. The food is always either slopped together, not cooked right or the order is wrong in general. You ask for extra whatever on your food and they give you less then what it normally comes. The employees are rude. They told me I could not have a side of nacho cheese and chips cause they didn’t have a small sauce cup to put the cheese in but they gave me a side of sour cream in a potato bowl. Literally argued with my husband that they couldn’t do that for the nacho cheese though. They tell us they don’t sell certain menu items and never have but you get online and there it is on their menu. We are no longer coming to E. Main Street Taco Bell. We make the drive across town to another one because that’s how bad e main st is
Don't order the crispy chicken taco. It's just a 2.50$ chicken tender on a tortilla. This location does things that are for the lulz like not cutting a quesadilla, or filling a taco with so much lettuce that it's a salad at the end of the night - but this is just highway robbery.
Their menu totally sucks nowadays they've taken all the good stuff Mexican pizzas taco salad Taco Bell what are you thinking oh yeah the Bell beefer bring the Bell beefer back
First time in two years going inside..... the remodel is beautiful..... absolutely hated the ordering machines..... me and another customer had problems with them and nobody to help.... my food was mad wrong..... I said no tomatoes and I got tomatoes.... I asked for steak and I didn't get it but I did get charged a dollar extra..... customer service needs to be approved!!
You mfs forgot our drinks and slapped everything into 2 bags when 2 of the orders were box combos. No box.. the dasher apologized and told me you guys always forget items. I paid for those drinks! Poor business
This place can't get anything right and the way this location is run is highly questionable. As a former taco bell employee I know how things are supposed to be and this wasn't it. They messed up my order 3 times. They let a group of hoodlums into the store which one was wearing a ski mask and was being rude and disrespectful too everyone in the store. I expected better honestly and I won't be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would this is the 3rd time I went to this store and I left with nothing the 1st time they couldn't take card but I sat n their line for 45mins they could have put a sign up but no to lazy the other times is they claim not to have beef I'll never go back
There was a halve Eaten taco on the table the whole place smelled rotten cheese the floor was dirty the kitchen floor was dirty there was straw paper on. The floor old nachos on one of the tables condensation rings from cups on the sauce tray the sauce tray was barely stocked they run out of almost everything at night and the service was horrible the food was nasty and there are many more details I can’t name all of them
After waiting in line for 54 minutes on a door dash order I was told they didn't have said order of 6 items. After reading the order to the kid at the window he reaches in to get a bag with 3 items in it then proceeds to tell me all the items are in the bag and to plz pull forward. If I had a problem I could go back thru the line again to speak with someone. There are nothing but problems and kids at this store. They make you wait for almost an hour and go back thru to get a 2nd order and wait another hour.
