Perhaps others are coming at a different time than me but I didn't have the customer service issues others mention. I was here at 5:30 on a Saturday. I wasn't "wowed" but neither was it poor. Average customer service experience. They got bread and fixings correct, asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted and were able to handle an upside on the meal deal drink. (I stopped during a road trip to a concert and wanted a medium, it comes with a small because, presumably, most are dining in and getting refills.)
This store doesn't stay open until 8:30 like the site says is because of lack of business and lack of staff.
We have gotten subs many time here. This time the bread was not done. The person I spoke to was rude. Said she had made many no complaints. I was in food service many yrs when people were nice. What has happen. I never complain and no use now a days just keep ur mouth shut. Horrible!!!

This place is amazing if you catch the right crew. They give you exactly what you want if you know how to order the right way. =) Everyone orders their coffee in exactly the proper order. What stops them from ordering their subs with the same heart? Bread, Mayo (how many squirts?), Meat, Cheese, Veggies, Sauce. Drink? Chips? Subway Card?, Pay. Walk away. You will love your sanwich lunch like you love your latté breakfast. Try it this way. I promise, you'll be happier with your food.
